Location,personal,cleaning. Hotel Klumba is in the center of Odessa,staff is very pleasure,positive and helpfull.The room is quite big ,spacious and comfortable.we felt like at home in Odessa!Hello to Klumba from Turkey:). Room was clean and the staff was response and helpful. Nothing !. Did not get the room I reqested. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Location is far away from activities and sites. Room service food was bad and was served cold.
