  Graet hotel with great service! It was realy perfect place to stay in Lviv. Hotel is absolutely ideally situated right opposite to the Opera Theatre. A very nice, spacious and clean room with all facilities, extremely pleasant and helpful English speaking personel. I fell in love with their restaurant on the 7th floor with fantastic panoramic view... what people say » of the city. I will stay there again and have reccomended to all my friends. Thank you! - The hotel is excellent. Location is great for seeing Lviv. The 7th floor restaurant is a beautiful view of the skyline. Best are the staff members who checked trains and buses, then bought tickets, got a box lunch for our early morning departure. They made this segment of our journey stress free. They are really what made the stay at the Opera worth the money.

  Very quiet place, good value for money. Personell was not annoying at all. Good place to stay with limited budget, having an office within walking distance from the Hotel.   We have recently stayed in this hotel with my wife! We were checked-in into one of the renovated rooms, which we found very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and have helped us with booking city tours. This hotel is in the heart of the city, so all main attractions were within walking distance.   They are polite, kind and smiley person. The flat has a perfect location. Just 1 minute to Rafinad People club and also McDonalds and other nice cafes. I strongly advice it to you. Some people said that it is a little expensive. Yes a little expensive. But this flat is economic for crowded people such as we (6 person). I got a cheap room, without bathroom or toilet inside, but room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast has been included as well. It was served very well, with a great variety of dishes offered. For $40 usd I paid for myself and my son to stay at the hotel, it was a great value!!! I'm really satisfied with this hotel. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed using the smoking lounge at night to relax after a long day and smoke hookah. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel. Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city.   The hostel was nicely located in the centre of the city, walking distance from all sights, restaurant, markets, bars, etc. We had the only double room with 2 beds which was really clean and large enough for 2 adults. The bathroom was clean and convenient with a washing machine. Also, all amenities were provided such as a kitcheen, living room,etc.... what people say » For the price, I would stay there again, but I would book something else if I want more confort and intimacy. - the private room is very big and comfortable for a hostel, it has also big and nice toilet&shower. staff is very nice people and very helpful. you can take advices from them about bars and restaurants. if i come this lovely city again, i would choose this hostel to city.
