Private parkig - excellent for people travelling with car or motorbike.
Very good wifi conection. Not that far from the center - there is direct
connection with bus 53 or 4a. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Relatively easy to find with a gps, though google maps gives another
point at first.

Room was new, clean and quite big.
- ventilation system is not the best, but maybe it was so only in our room.
-very thin walls and noisy from the outside,
-the towels and the bed sheets smelled with the laundry detergent very much,
-in our apratment it was rather dark - not enough electricity.
Too noisy over weekend (the walls are too thin and a sort of people who stays don't care much about the others). If you have no car it is really far from the center, furthermore to get to the hotel you need a tank because of the roads quality :).
