Place in the centre of Kiev. About 10 minutes with light walk from metro station, also big supermarket nearby. It is actually 3 bedroom flat with shared bathroom and kitchen. The owner is kind and caring chap, who answered our questions, gave us some informations, nice, really. Also there goes somebody to clean and tidy up the flat daily. All in all, clean, quiet accommodation in the centrer and also the price was good, even warm enough as it was snowy. Just positives! :). all reviews »
I stayed in this hotel for 1 night with my boyfriend and we both liked it very much. The hotel only has 3 rooms, which means that it's very quiet. Also, it's clean, everything looks rather new and the location is pretty convenient (getting to the city center takes only a couple of minutes by metro).
Finally, the owner was very friendly and he let us check in before 14:00. I would highly recommend this tiny hotel to anyone going to Kiev, as it was great value for money.
Mini-hotel is in an older building--thus the budget-friendly price--
however, the flat is completely modernized and refurbished, is secure,
and is maintained to high standards. The owner is extremely
conscientious about keeping the place clean and about making sure guests
are taken care of and have a good experience in Kyiv.
Everything: very good room; daily cleaning (bathroom cleaned twice a day); location close to the city business centre, yet quiet at night; kitchen at your service; very friendly and considerate hotel owner - the best I've stayed at so far for the price.
Good central location, ideal if you are going to an event at the Olympic Stadium. Clean & friendly manager, I mean a clean appt-hotel & a pleasant manager. If you are on a budget this is just the job, basic & comfortable-ish.

One of the cheapest hotels in Kiev. Downtown location, good wi-fi and a
150 channel tv which is really unusual for Ukraine.
It was close to the city center with lots of cafes around. The hotel's owner was super nice. The suite was cleaned daily.

Kitchen under equipped if you are into serious self catering. No glasses, drinking not reading, bring your own if you do not want to drink out of plastic cups.
- It was hard to find as the hotel is located inside an appartmentbuilding which had no sign indicating that there was a hotel located there. This means that you'll have to have contact with the owner of the hotel before arriving at the hotel. If you don't have contact with the owner beforehand you'll have a hard time finding the hotel and you won't be able to enter the building in which it is located.
It's a good hotel but imho not worth 9 out of 10. First of all,
it's not exactly legal - in fact, just an apartment with no signs
whatsoever so you need to be in contact with the owner to find it. The
location is good but not great since it's some 15 min from the metro
station and the road goes uphill.
Nothing comes to mind, I was pretty happy with this stay.
There was no reception, but on the other hand the owner was available on phone 24/7.
