I booked a room at Nadia Hotel for my business partner; we both loved visiting Nadia a lot, relaxing, friendly, all staff are really helpful and well trained! Nadia really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is always freshly prepared and tasty. We had dinner at their small cosy vip room, because there was a big function at the main restaurant. Dinner was delecious. Rooms were clean and cosy. They have a travel agency on site, so we were easily able to book a transfer to visit a different place for a bit. Hotel staff are very courteous and accommodating. It was my second stay in this hotel.The staff is friendly and helpfull, as usual. The location is in the center of the city, it is close to everything you need. There is also parking in front of the hotel. The breakfeast was rasty. The room is comfortable and clean. Very courteous front desk staff, spoke excellent English...ready to assist you with a smile. I liked everything in the hotel the room the resturants and the staff are so friendly and they speak english when its hard to find people who do so in ukraine, the rate is good and they upgrade me, its only few mintues away from the town center,. Pity, you don’t have SPA facilities. Not every room has an air conditioner. We made that assumption when booking a different room for another night last minute and were surprised to find that it wasn't air conditioned. There are no negative matters that I have to offer. No lobby-bar (actualy at winter). Lack of tables on the front lounge terrace — sometimes. And lack of air conditioning in the entire hotel. There is a park behind the hotel where many people take their families and dogs. The dogs were noisy and I was on the 7th Floor. There were a lot of people for breakfast, and the kitchen could not keep up with the demand. The price for rooms is overrated,probably because there are no other normal hotels! I look forward,and hope that someday will be one nice and good hotel in Frankivs`K. The breakfast was terribel,and the staff at the restaurant is disaster!.
