This is a beautifully fitted out hotel in walking distance to all sights. Breakfast is very good and contrary to other reviews found the staff very friendly, professional and efficient. Two, sets of toiletries, bath mats, night time turn down with chocolate muffins. arrived at 8am, departed at 3-30pm there were no additional charges for this. I work for the Hilton chain, was very satisfied with this hotel.

Вообще вопросов нет к материально-технической части, халаты уже в номерах, каждый день тебе круасанчик, прогноз погоды, все такое. Соотношение цена/качество бьет все рекорды. Непонятно почему с тобой при входе не здороваются на ресепшене, а при выходе не прощаются. А зачем? Короче, все такого плана. Room view. Tea / Coffee in the room would have been a nice touch to go with the complimentary croissant. Also taxi from the airport to the hotel should be around 45 not 200 as we encountered. Restaurant seems to host big events at a weekend, meaning it's closed for most guests but also a little noisy. But not enough to stop me sleeping, so no real problem. Cleaning crew took my towels and left me with one. Shower head was faulty, the luxury was a bit tacky & kitsch, English on menu and brochures needs editing, but that's just being picky, I suppose. The omelette was translated as "scrambled eggs". The staff was a bit off-putting when I checked in, but that was made up in the service provided. Do not smoke or you will pay 150 dollars :))). on the 2nd and 3rd day of the stay the toilet was not cleaned. Weather. No smoking room.
