the staff were very helpful and friendly.the location of the hotel is excellent.complimentary water everyday, hot shower,coffee at breakfast better than expected.breakfast available till 11.reasonably priced (for ukraine). The Hotel staff were very helpful and organized transport from Airport. Enjoyed short stay. Restaurant is OK, as well as comfort in the room. hotel decor faded,room seen better days,use of sauna expensive,tour desk didnt seem to run any tours,breakfast of varied quality,not particularly well heated room.
