leave fantastic family run little hostel. I came for 1 night and stayed for 9. Lyuba's home cooking was amazing. I will always remember playing vodka chess with Charlie while Steve was playing guitar in the common room. A great backpackers feeling at this hostel. The owner Marcus took me for an excursion to Khotyn for just the price of gas in his car. One of my best experiences in the last 8 months of travelling.

Fantastic hosts from the moment i walked in and Marcus put a bottle of Bud in my hand, his wife Luba pepaired Turkey and we sat until morning watching the game back home. It was my most enjoyable thanksgiving in recent years.19 countries 81 hostels on this trip, this is the best hostel of this trip to Europe. My father and I checked out all 3 hostels in chernivtsi and this was the best choice for us. Very clean , run by a very helpful family good wifi and homely. Thank you for our stay luba and family. Everything a hostel should be and the family who run it are great. Very clean, lots of local information and the home cooking was delicious. Cool people, cool place. Thank you Marcus for showing us the vodka gold fish bowl. It was good to drink but not for my head next morning. We had a very good time there, good value. The noise from the political demonstraitions on the central square with a vodka headache. Leaving. I could not use the shower in the early afternoon because engineers were installing extra showers but I'm sure it will be very nice when it will be completed and it was not a problem to shower the rest of the day.
