The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They went the extra mile. The atmosphere was calm, organised, friendly, not stuffy, felt at home straight away. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and cosy.
Given our stay was out of season I was very pleased and would not hesitate to stay again.

Very friendly staff. The breakfasts were quite good and the restaurant also serves decent dinners. In house bar also is very good for a local pub. Overall a very nice place to stay in Tobermory, even though it is a bit of a climb to walk to from the harbor.
We received a friendly welcome. Our room was well-sized and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and new. We were impressed that we were offered a packed lunch in lieu of the included breakfast because we were leaving early.
The food, though the menu was limited, was nonetheless very good; real value for money. The young team working the bar and restaurant were very welcoming and polite without being servile.
Additionally they are pet friendly!.
All good. We were really happy with our stay at Park Lodge. Room was a good size, although we paid for a superior, but was not disappointed. Great breakfast too and very helpful staff. Thank you.
Our room was comfortable with en-suite & dressing room. We also had a view of the sea from both windows.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, excellent poached eggs. A few locals in the bar which gave it a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Nice little beer garden with lots of birds. Decent pint.

Hotel was adequate but not value for money. If that was a superior room I would hate to see the others.

Very little to say, the tv in the room could have been a bit larger but did not impact on our stay. People need to know that the walk from the harbour to the hotel is quite steep but you would expect that!.
Shower stall got a bit slippery. Wi-Fi access only in the lobby and bar area.
Only possible negative was that the bar looked uninviting so bought drink and took to room. This did not detract from a great stay.
The bar was empty each evening so lacked any atmosphere and definitely needs updating.

Having the pub right next to the dinning area did not help. The night we had dinner there were individuals highly intoxicated shouting a lot and I felt threaten and very uncomfortable. Not sure if that was a one of, because the other nights we had dinner elsewhere.

Windows on the room were facing bar windows. Although the blinds were down in the bar still felt had to have curtains closed for privacy. Window also passed by people entering and leaving hotel.
One bedroom was not cleaned one day and another day we had to ask for soap.
The Hotel needs renovation it is very old fashioned and tired, our room smelt badly of damp as did the corridor, there was no lift available it had been taken out of use.
