As I have stayed at this hotel before, although some time ago, staff instantly recognised me, called me by name and were helpful, enthusiastic and efficient. Stirling Management Centre location in the grounds of the university is picturesque with great views and I saw deer in the morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast plentiful and lots of fresh fruit. The biggest asset of the hotel is it's staff in particular the reception staff who are the first point of contact and have to deal .

When I asked about dinner, the options were explained to me and then the receptionist said I could have dinner in my room if I preferred, which sounded great. Food was good quality, if a little small in portion size and quite expensive. I also took part in an all day conference the next day. The food was very tasty then too. Breakfast buffet was particularly good. Thank you. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, having a kettle was good, also the tea and coffee provided. Staff were excellent, helpful, friendly. Julia was our server in the restaurant, she was really lovely, everyone was very friendly. the food was excellent. We usually stay at the Highland Hotel, on our visits to Stirling, we went to the Management Hotel, on a recommendation, and will certainly go again. The rooms were clean, spacious & well designed. The staff friendly & helpful. The breakfast selection & bar food were outstanding. Finally the location is gorgeous. Bridge of Allen is a beautiful village & so close to stirling. History, culture, shopping, & leisure all on the doorstep, I will definitely stay again. Everthing, especially good breakfast - far better than any of the overpriced hotels where we stayed between Troon/loch lomond/loch ness/inverness/pitlochry. Staff very attentive, helpful- and room, clean comfortable and spacious. looking forward to next visit, and use of pool etc next time. First time in Scotland (swansea native) and will definatley be coming back again. The bedrooms were quite roomy, clean and pleasant views. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and good humoured...will defo stay again without hesitation even though it is set outsife of Stirling Centre a little bit....defo great valuexfor money but no scrimpin on class at all!! Lovely room. The Stirling Mgt. Centre provides good value for money. It was my 4th stay at the Centre and I hope to be back again. Our room had an annoying noise due to a pipe. No problem at all - as soon as I mentioned it, we were moved. I think it is the most modern hotel in the area. If you have a child who. Is a student it is ideal. Its clean the stuff was helpful. The room are avarage but the sope/shampoo are MoltenBrown! Very nice enviroment,. Clean, comfortable and modern low rise hotel in a park environment. We were (not by choice) in a room that had a bathroom wheelchair friendly. Not really very friendly as the basin even for someone in a wheelchair was far too small and far too low. I had to kneel down to use it and it was so small you could not wash properly. No shelves of any kind to put your toiletries on and the toilet did not flush properly. Shower was excellent though but again nowhere to put your clothes except on the floor!. All guests complained hardly anything for breakfast on first morning at 8.30. Had to demand chef came & cooked something as the 3 male waiters wandered around aimlessly. Had to queue for 15 minutes to get a drink in the bar in the evening, only one member of staff for entire facility Had to request towels in room at reception both days. Nothing at all ...spot on and no complaints !!!. The rooms are a bit old fasion... Breakfast stopped at 0900. Hot water not very hot (but adequate). Soundproofing could be better - some noise from corridor. Walls were a bit thin, so a little noisy when adjacent doors closing in hallway. Rooms were a bit pricey; if they were cheaper I'd stay there far more often. Costa coffee machine was not working!. We went on a deal, so price was o k, but normal prices were extortionate, we found the management centre difficult to find, first time, the prices in the dining room were a bit high for us, but eating in the bar,the meals were great, and inexpensive. 10 o'clock check out. Leaving!. No air conditioning and need accurate postcode as it directs you to agricultural centre or better signage. Lunch not worth the money. Dear for what it was. Also although the room was very comfortable there was a buzzing noise and you could hear everyone who went up and down the hall. no elevator in the building. the replenishment of the breakfast once it had ran out was a bit slow. Say for instance if the last of the fried eggs had ran out it took a while for them to be replaced. The same went for fruit. I had seen lovely fruit on display, when i went to get some it had all gone and there was no sign of anymore arriving. My husband and I only had 1 bath towel between us as that was all that was in the room. We made do and shared and requested more the following day but were only given 1 again. There should also be more veggie friendly items on the breakfast menu such as potato scones or hash browns. The breakfast was lovely but I felt it needed more for us veggies. The Scottish weather!. Quite pricey this time (Graduation week) but previously I have had outstanding value and will certainly stop again. Bed is a tad hard and don't much like the plastic undersheet. Had some trouble with my room key on 2 occasions. Parking was sometimes difficult. As it was a conference centre felt out of place when we arrived as a family surrounded by people on business. nothing. The bed was rather uncomfortable, and had a rather nasty plastic covering in the mattress - not pleasant. Faulty light & tap but immediately resolved. Nothing. Unable to open windows fully; I realise they are child safety features but we are adults and it is up to parents to supervise the safety of their children. It was hot weather and if we cannot open the windows properly then you need to install air conditioning or at least a fan. Otherwise we liked everything. Noise from heating plant? Room too hot during our stay. The bed was very hard and made our backs sore. A bit out of our budget when booking ,but good value for money in the end. Television was small. The hall way resonates sound meaning people passing in groups sound like elephants. Nothing, it was excellent. Nothing. I didn't like the fact that I had an extra glass of wine in the comfortable chairs in the bar lounge.
