Clean, nice, new and comfortable rooms. The location and shuttle bus were extremely convenient for our early flight making the price worth it. Cleanness, staff, breakfast, it is quiet, good ventilation, veryeuropean, cousy rooms.I got sewing kit from reception which was neede because I broke my trausers. :). The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Great experience all around.

Internet access in the Room is overpriced.Other than to save money for you, it makes no sense at all to halt the shuttle bus between 12 midday and 16:00. Midnight to 04:00 makes ense as there are no flights at that time. I had to leave my room to get a mobile signal which was a bit of a nuisance.additional payment for transfer back to airport ( 3 pounds). On Tuesday 17th Feb there was a group of people waiting for the 5:20am shuttle bus. At 5:30 I went to reception to ask if they could find out where the bus was. The response was the bus was collecting passengers on the road by the petrol station and not at its normal stop.Prices of food a little high. the express bus driver when i booked out obviously overslept and was late. we had to be taken to airport in a minibus. i fortunately had time but i dont know about the other passengers. no hot water in the morning. woken up in the nigt, fight or argumant outside my room. These incidents do happen unfortunately. The breakfast should start earlier, or there should be something to eat for those who have to catch early planes, as the breakfast is included on the price of the room.Not very convenient to restaurants, if you don't want to eat at the hotel's. Parking lot was completely full when we got back from supper, even though we had paid for a parking spot; fortunately, someone was leaving, but it seems they would have adequate spaces for hotel guests, especially if the parking fee has been paid. We had ordered a family room. As we came to the hotel late in the evening we got our room. When we were going to sleep I discovered that the sofa was not a bed. In the middle of the night I had to contact the reception and change room. We were very tired and it was not pleasant to change room in the middle of the night. Anyway, the staff was nice to us and there was no trouble giving us a new room... . Transfers to airport coul be free. Hotel don't have early brekfest, only fruit and drinks. We have to pay the transfer to the airport.The restaurant was closing at 10 pm and there was not room service .I was surprised that the airport shuttle did not run between 12.00 and 16.00. the noise of heating system.
