This family-run guesthouse is situated on the North Bay of Scarborough, with stunning views of the bay and castle from its front rooms, and 5-10 minutes’ walk from the town centre. The South Bay is located 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.
This guesthouse is the perfect place to relax in after a busy day enjoying the attractions and scenery of the surrounding area.
The rear rooms at The Greno enjoy views of the town and towards the South Bay, and all rooms feature en suite shower rooms.
The Greno consists of 5 floors and features a breakfast room as well as a ground-floor bar lounge to relax in with a drink.
Please note that The Greno is completely non-smoking. There is no lift in the hotel.

Very friendly. Close to aminities and great sea views. Overall a good place to stay. Friendly staff. good food / cleanliness / friendly. Its location away from main town but only 10 min walk. Unfortunate that we stayed on a very windy weekend, would probably be fine otherwise.Everything was good-friendly welcome,excellent breakfast,very clean.My olly problem was personal due to health problems was that the room was too small with no orrm for a comfortable chair and the shower was very small.I would reccomend the hotel. Bar not open most of stay.room was rather cramped; four storeys, no lift. Decor a bit dated. The fact that we were not warned about the room being 4 flighs up and that it was small and overlooked a building site. The room we were in could have done with being better valeted i.e. only 1 towel, no toilet paper. It was not as good as I hoped.

- Drive round Marine Drive to the North Bay.
- Look up to the left on the cliff tops, and we are the blue hotel in the middle.
- Follow the road to the next left, and drive up the hill.
- Take a left, then left again, and you are on Blenheim Terrace.
