Loved the huge bathroom. Toiletries were replenished each day. Breakfastdining room was lovely, with a good selection of food. King-size bed,and room overlooking the outdoor pool . Bar snacks were tasty and well-presented. Hot Chocolate was superb. Staff pleasant. Excellent food in the restaurant. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very welcoming.reception staff were very friendly and helpful; breakfasts were lovely;.

It is a very pleasant hotel that has been furnished to a very high standard. Very comfortable and excellent breakfast. excellent restaurant and helpful staff. First class food in the restaurant. I experience a "noisy neighbour" but after reporting the issue to the hotel staff it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Proximity to St helier. Excellent breakfast.great staff. very helpful. Breakfast was ample (continental and cooked) but exactly the same every day. Some variation would have been nice. There was a lovely pool but the weather was not warm enough to try it out. Management listened to our concerns and acknowledged them. Hotel is clean and comfortable. It wasn't a big choice on brekfast. Just english brekfast and cornfleks:(. Central to town - pool. as a business traveller need ing to catch early flights the opportunity to take breakfast is limited by the 7.30 am opening of the dining room. Earlier serving of breakfast for business travellers would be welcome. The room became very hot so maybe a fan in each room may be advisable.unable to run hot water through the shower though hot water was a vailable for the bath. Noise from the foyer below room. The wi-fi coverage was not good. I got an average signal at best. Oppersite police/ fire station was noisey at times. I would have preferred a change of menu each night-then I would have stayed to eat at the hotel at night. The television was positioned so that it was only visible from the right-hand side of the bed (in other words, only one of us could see the television when we were in bed). A wedding was held there on the Saturday. Our room was immediately above the reception area and it was very noisy right through until midnight. I felt happy for the couple but annoyed the hotel did not pre warn us so we could possibly have made arrangements to be out that night. The wedding took over the lounge area, and the pool area so we could not use those facilities even if we had wanted to. Breakfasts are good but restaurant food is over priced and portions are small.No change in the Dinner menu daily. Room smelled of smoke on entering - it was a non smoking room. a little far away from the center. the shower was terrible.if you didn't get down earlier enough for breakfast it was all gone, so we got down really early on saturday morning and had a lovely breakfast. No change of menu - extremely noisy due to wedding - no sleep all night due to drunken guests using foul language and banging doors.Loke warm breakfast on each morning. Eggs overcooked and cold. Not a good advert for the restaurant.
