  Everything about the stay was brilliant! The lady who greeted us on arrival (I think this is the owner) was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful - even down to the furniture in the lounge. We overslept and missed breakfast, (which we was gutted about) so I can't comment on that... We will defiantely be returning when on future ... what people say » trips to Ryde. - Exactly what I was looking for, it was in a great location. My room had a great view of the harbor, the staff was very friendly and they made it easy for me to check in as soon as I arrived even though the staff wasn't on site at the time. I room was big with large ensuite bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

  Our room was lovely, there was 7 in our party so we had three rooms, one of the rooms was a double with kitchen facilities and because no one had used it the previous night we were allowed to use it when we got there, (which was quite early in the morning) which gave us a great base, and allowed us to use facilities, which after travelling several... what people say » hours it was fab! Car park adjacent to the hotel which was great and again we were permitted to use this early too. Breakfast was great, full cooked - Wonderful,friendly professional welcome - we had stayed in several places on the Isle of Wight over the course of a week - all advertising themselves as in the same bracket - and Yelf's was the first place to tick all of the boxes. The staff are friendly and welcoming: these people really know what they are doing. Next time I would base myself at Yelf's for the whole week.

Spa area also very clean and facilities good. Breakfast was excellent, something for everyone and plenty of it. The dining area was also spotless and the staff were very friendly, even early in the morning. Would definitely stay there again whilst visiting Isle of Wight
