They were very helpful. After I was there for three hours I discovered the toilet did not work. They moved me to another room immediately. Two days later the ceiling caved in during the night because of the water from the air conditioner. Immediately they moved me to another room. the clealiness was fantastic. infact it worth more than the money.very enjoyable all staff very friendly and service excellent.

I would have like it to have been more readily have known (i.e. when I was making the reservation) that there was a charge (of £25 per night) for parking the car at the hotel.We felt very rushed and not able to enjoy the ambience of our surroundings. Also a long walk back from reception to our room, however that cannot be helped, but may I suggest golfing carts and ramps. All the rooms, both bedroom and public rooms were freezing cold. Yes, the spa was fully booked; it was one of our main reasons for staying there but we didn't know (ours was a last minute booking). The room above us had a very squeaky bed and kept me awake since whoever was sleeping in it moved a lot in the night. Our room was a trek from the lobby, and alot of the food was overpriced.The plumbing to my radiator! A very loud high pitched whine and alarming knocking noises came from the radiator 4 times between 02:15 and 04:30. The first time I thought it was the fire alarm and ran out of my room, obviously half asleep! I phoned 4 advice the second time and was told to bang the radiator valve (this had obviously happened before!. we found the room to be very small. Morse Bar lacking in atmosphere. Spa should be free to hotel residents. Room rather small. Our room was somewhat dark and drear.A bit dark and old fashioned. spa was disapponting; generally not quite what we would have expected from a 5 star hotel. '. The hotel needed to be decorated it was very old and battered. We were unable to eat in the restaurant the evening. car park charge of 26.00 was disgusting!!!! I asked if I could use the car park but was not told how much it would cost. I recvd my bill the next day and was disgusted to see this charge. What made matters worse was that i parked my car myself in a NCP car park 4min away on a sat night with free parking on a Sunday near by. Can you please come back to me on this ASAP. I spoke to Terrance. The high prices of drinks, food, services such as the spa, room service and parking meant they were essentially inaccessible. Poor communication between staff. Poor response to complaints. Poor customer service overall.False fire alarms frequent at this hotel.
