All of the staff were very welcoming, and work hard to ensure you have a great stay. Having stayed in a few of the Hotels rooms now, weve found them all to be very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was first class, with plenty of choice, and very well cooked. Location is excellent - Porth Bay is a real delight. The views from the hotel are great start and end to the day. Friendly welcoming owners. Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was excellent as not in centre of Newquay; so quieter; but the seaviews were fantastic. Local recommendation for food was good too.

Position of hotel very good with lovely views, Hotel very well kept and very clean, easy parking, close reach of two small beaches but one down many steep steps but worth the climb. Every thing but the weather . They recomended restuarants and leisurearea's to visit all went well .The staff and atmosphere were excellent. Location is fantastic right on beach at Porth and close to Newquay, Watergate Bay and other lovely beaches. Relaxed atmosphere, honesty bar, breakfast was great. Nice patio to drink and relax. Off road car parking. New digital TV (Ryder Cup fan, not anymore). Information on Cornwall was fantastic.The Owners attention to detail was very good. They definately put the customer first. Friendly hands on approach by the owners. Good location. The location was good and the restaurant was very nice.Beautiful views if you get an ocean view room. very clean. Good selection of info re eating out. Leaving. If staying for a long time space for luggage is restricted.This is not a complaint but at breakfast it would have been nice to of had a ham and cheese selection. (continental) my wife is from Croatia. No evening meal available, book a sea view room and if possible with a balcony we didn't but should have done but more expensive of course, our room good but compact with valley view overlooking carvan park, steep hilly area if walking a problem but good if you enjoy walking which we did. Not sure the prices for the room was fantastic value but you pay for location. Room was not huge. rooms are a bit small, not too much free space around the bed. The room was very small for the price paid. Hotel was nice but certainly not worth the money compaired with other hotels. Too small, a B and B actually. No in room fridge facilities.The meet and greet was a bit intense - they were very friendly and gave us every detail just too much after such a long drive. Car was blocked in by owner because they forgot that we were staying. the room the bed.

- The hotel is on the right-hand side opposite the beach.
