The apartment was great. I booked for a one bedroom apartment and it was only for one person. I got there and the apartment was huge and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was bread, juice, condiments, biscuits all provided free of charge. The staff were very helpful. Very comfortable stay!!. I was most impressed with the food provided- the choice of tea and coffee was superb and the milk in the fridge just fantastic. Every need had been catered for. Loved the roses on pillows and towels, loved the fact there were towels and bath robes too.
all reviews » The apartment was wonderful. it was clean, spacious, everything you could possibly need and the extras like bread and milk and the white company toiletries were superb. I will definetly use the blue rainbow apartments again. There was plenty of room to move about not confined to one room likein a hotel.The beds were very comfortable the toweling robes weregreat so was the tv it was a very comfortable apartment. It made ourstay very relaxing.The aparthotel experience was very convenient considering we have 2 children.The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent giving us some quality chill time.Every thing you could ask for was at hand in the kitchen...first class. The size and cleanliness of the apartment, and the services of city servants, who bring dinner to you at very reasonable rates. Comfortable beds, and excellent facilities within the apartment. Far better than any hotel. These apartments are sooooo much better than staying at a hotel. Loads of space, clean, modern, quiet, very well equipped, the list goes on. I will always choose this aparthotel above other hotels in Manchester. I only noticed on the day of booking that some apartments had balconies so I rang and requested such a room and was impressed that they had managed to arrange thisfor me upon my arrival. The aparments were within walking distance of the centre. The apartment was spotless. We really liked the fact that there was bread, milk, cereals etc for us there. Comfort, cleanliness and extremely helpful staff. This hotel was everything stated and more. Booked at the right price I cannot recommend this hotel to highly.excelellent value, very clean. Orange juice, milk and bread in fridge was a lovely touch.Would certainly recommend.location, comfort of room, discounted price and although it was self catering - the provision of essential groceries tea coffee juice bread biscuits etc. I was a little too hot on a cold day so I don't know how you would manage on a hot day.Only bad point was all the doors in the apartment were self closing fire doors which nearly severed our youngest daughters little finger off...Be warned. There is nothing to dislike.2nd bedroom was too warm. I couln't fault anything.Nothing - it was amazing!!. building works around the hotel let it down. the aircon was very noisy so turned it off at night. No air conditioning. could of done with air con. I had booked parking but none was available when I arrived,. Very poorly signposted, had real trouble finding our accomodation. the lifts and surrounding area were dirty. Parking reservation was made by phone but not recorded. We were lucky that it was New Year and there were no wardens about so we parked on the street for one night. No control over Extremely hot water in the bathrooms very dangerous for children very new taps difficult to regulate. Must be getting old a manual whould have been handy to work the dish washer etc. guest reviews very mixed our experience was good.our apartment was unbearably hot and there was no ventilation....not good if you are sleeping in the 'inner bedroom' as you can't even open the window!!!!. We were given the wrong address on the confirmation email and as such found the place quite hard to find, however the hotel did upgrade us free of charge for our troubles.Very warm apartment although a fan was provided.
