Convenient, helpful staff, clean rooms, very good value for money. clean tidy rooms and very friendly helpful staff. the whole experience. near earls court to attend concert. TINY and a little claustrophobic, as we were in a room at basement level resembling something of a rabbit warren. All brand new-ish fittings though, some weird multi-coloured sexy lights above the bed.. rather small, however very good for the price.Very poor lighting in room, room unserviced on one day (Bed made but no glasses, cups cleaned, no shampoo, no remote for tv), 4 inch gap under front door, poor maintenance with plugs not working, no phone in room hair dryer did not work. One of switches didn't work (light switch I think?) and dryer inbathroom had broken/disconnected pipe. Would also suggest two pillowsper bed, and maybe some tea/coffee for each rooms kitchenette.there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. The double bed would not fit a guy who is 6 foot 4 so its a good job myhusband didn't come with me!. The floor tiles were cracked and jagged which was dangerous as they were just outside the bathroom. It was difficult to get into the shower due to lack of space. fire alarm sounds in morning when anybody cooks toast in room!. I think there might have been a small water leak from up stairs. water damage in my room, some repairs not finished,but clean, small,comfortable room,close to tube. Bathroom door was just like a flimsy wooden shutter so it didnt give any privacy. Housekeeping staff very noisy talking to eachother early in the morning when cleaning rooms in out corridor. When paying by any type of card they add 5% even though on booking.com it said they only charge this for credit cards. we paid by debit and still were charged the extra. the internet was not free and they charge 5% on the credit card payment, not all rooms do have a kitchenette. Room was small but manageable...we stayed for 11 nights and coped well. Room was small, but for the price in that area I expected that. What Idid not expect was the carpet to be wet and foul smelling because theshower oversprays into the room. Internet was too expensive (£15 a day). it was writen that hotel is only 2min walk from east court station. i don't think so..... it took much longer to get to the hotel. Not enough plug sockets and not pretty as pretty as the pictures.at first we were given a tiny room which was not in the brochure description or our booking, the next morning we requested the room we booked and were transferred - much better but no recompense. beds were hard, in the nights it was cold, everything was really crammed into the room, so no space to walk properly from one side to the other. curtain fell down when we were away, and hasnt been repaired during our stay. it wasn't really cleaned, we found belongings of a former guest still lying there. bath was broken and leaking. Had to change rooms mid stay due to hotel error. When we got into the twin room we have booked, we found out the room was already occupied. Afterwards the hotel gaves us a old double room which was the only available room at the moment. The room is too small! TV didn't work, no fridge, nothing to hang towel on in bathroom, couldn't brush teeth properly in too small bathroom. Looks more like a spare room! Obviously not worth the price!. wi-fi internet?forget it!. The twin room (Room 14) was very small. It had red paint marks over the radiator. The TV only showed BBC 2 and news 24, all the other channels were not english or badly tuned in. The wardrobe had no doors and the bathroom door had a broken pantry door that would not shut properly, so it was not very private... it was good enough as all we wanted was a place to sleep but i could see many people being very unsatisified with the quality of the room..The "double bed" was not really double, it was a large single bed. The price, the size of the room. small rooms. 1) too small room; 2) have to pay GBP10.- per day for keeping luggage after check-out (however, the luggage was kept in store room without any person take care of it). And this exceptional charge was not mentioned in the website.room very small and pokey not enough space for two individuals really could have offered complimentary tea and coffee in room like other hotels and BandB's. facilities are very bad...e.g. bathroon; room is very small.My room was too little for 2 persons. the room and indeed the whole building was in a state of decay and disrepair. I believe Environental health would close it down due to poor state of electrical fittings alone. We were in the basement and we had the hotel guys sitting on our window talking, we could hear the subway, it was sooooo tiny we had no room for our bags they had to sit in front of the door and the bathroom was so small i had to stand sideways to brush my teeth.
