What people say
Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The stairs were difficult to climb for people who are less able. There are some tricky areas on the staircase. My mother has a bad hip and had great difficulty climbing the steep stairs to the toilet on the floor above. Though the hotel did move us to another room on the second night as this had an on-suite bathroom.
