It is my second time to stay here. It is very clean. The staffs are very nice. Although it is a little far from the London centre, it will also not cost too much money to stay here. It is near the Upton Park Underground Station for about 15-20 minutes walk. It is a good place to stay. pretty basic, but nice room, clean walls and hallway, simple checking and reliable staff... quiet location, so a comfortable sleep is guaranteed. nice sky channels, and I didnt wana leave...

Suspicious neighborhood, did not feel secure there. There were ants on the floors. Shower was broken, luckily there was a bath too in the house. Uncomfortable bed. Could loudly hear anyone walking in the corridors. When arrived to this place, I had to wait for 15 minutes for staff to let me in. no Board for The hotel, no proper reception. need to keep calling mobile number if needed. The bed was terrible. bed uncomfortable, no sink in room, bathroom dirty. Fire precautions very poor. The first room I was shown smelt of urine. Theres no reception, When you arrive you have to ring a mobile number on the door and wait. And quite a lot of people where shipped off to another location. Tesco value quilts, old springy bed, The shower is a cupboard which backs out into the kitchen so you pretty much need to be a ninja in order to get washed and changed in there. It also has its own ant infestation. Mice. Left after 5 days due to the mouse running around my room, decided enough was enough. the staff on this hotel Union Cottage 102 Sherred Road is a young men , he don't speak english very well , if we need something we have to call him by cell phone every time, Room services is very poor , they thang the toweels evry 02 to 03 days.the conclusion the hotel is horible. Much too expensive for such a simple and dirty place. Never again!. No reception, 4 days I did not saw any people who working there. Television not work. Room is too small and not the same in the pictures when I booking.he room is dirty, I did not get a bill when leaving and I did not see anyone when I left. At night, could not sleep because of the noise from the adjoining room because the walls are thin. All in all would not have recommended this hotel to anyone because I think I cheated for the money I had paid in advance. it was rubbish place..it was a small home which ppl using for commercial purposes.
