Fantastic location only 5 mins from Euston. As they say small but
perfectly formed and spotlessly clean. The staff that we seen were
friendly and Sylvia on reception was very nice and extremely helpful. We
were in a basement room at front of building but it was very bright and
airy. Prior to going I had booked 5 rooms with letsbookhotel.com for next
March (as a group of us are going for a weekend theatre trip) with the
knowledge that if we didnt like we could cancel - needless to say we
will ce. all reviews »
Albeit small, the room had everything we needed and more: Cooker, oven,
microwave oven, fridge and separate freezer, all utensils for cooking
and eating for 2 people, hair dryer, complimentary
soap/shampoo/conditioner/body lotion/shaving kit, tv,
even a mini vacuum cleaner.
It was clean and cosy and well located (2 minutes from Euston Square tube station, 4 from Euston Train Station where you will find a supermarket open until late, 15-20 minutes walking to Oxford Street). We found it quiet eno.
Great location with easy access to the city centre, you can walk to Oxford Circus in 10/15 minutes and take several lines in the subway by entering in Euston Square or Warren Street. It is not the biggest apartment you could get but we spent all the days outside the hotel and only used it to sleep at night so that was no problem for us. The quality/price relation is excelent and the apartment is very well equiped. The beds are confortable, there is a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and .
I stayed in an economy studio flat and it was a great little flat. Mind you, I underline the word 'little'. The studio is very compact but is practical and has everything you need: there's a little bathroom (shower + toilet), a fully equipped kitchenette (with a cooker, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, a cloth for the dishes and washing-up liquid), a comfy double bed. Plus a wardrobe, two fold-out chairs, a hairdryer... Plus TV and wifi. The flat is quite basic but has a homely feeling about i.
Fantastic location for the price. A supermarket around the corner, close to Euston and Warren St underground stations and bus stops. Very easy to get around the city via public transport. The room was very clean and recently renovated. Staff were helpful and polite. Kitchen well equipped with microwave, stove, small oven, fridge and freezer. The location was quiet being in a side street. The building is very attractive from the outside - white with beautiful flower boxes.
This is in the centre of London, so you can walk or take a short underground subway ride...
The room was SMALL, but we only used the room to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast... The room has everything you need, and is well organized to maximize the utility of the space available. You have everything you need, dishes, cutlery, kettle, refrigerator, heating surface. You do not go to London to sit in a hotel room... This was a fabulous place to stay,.
My studio, although very small, was more than sufficient for a single person. No doubt a significant amount of thought was put into its design - get as much possible for a very limited space.
I had a private terrace which was lovely and surprising. Fantastic location, minutes walk away from three tube stations and 15 minutes walk from the British museum, in a very nice neighborhood. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially if looking for good value.
Staff were very polite and helpful our stay was lovely comfortable and very clean everythin you need to cook and make drinks ideal location for euston square bus station can get to anywhere from there lovely indian resturant on opposite side of the road also on departure we were able to leave our bags and collect later in the day will definatley be using again on our next trip to london thanks for a lovely stay kerry and jordan day.
The available space is used surprisingly well in the room. The room was equipped with enough appliances (fridge, microwave) and tableware to be able to have lunch in the room without much inconvenience. The location is great - though there aren't too many shops nearby, this is a quiet neighbourhood with a pleasant pub/cafe around a corner and St.Pancras/King's Cross within walking distance, as well as several Tube stations nearby.
I stayed in a small studio. The room is small but it has everything I need: electric kettle, micro-oven, bowl, dishes, knife, pot, spoons, fridge, etc.
The heater works well. The room is clean.
The hotel is near the underground station, just about 3 minutes walking to the Euston Square underground and bus stop and about 10 minutes walking to the Kingcross railway station. It is so convinient for travelling in London.
Nice, clean and cosy room, albeit really tiny. Practically all indispensable items were available (shampoo, toothpaste and brush, microwave, sink, cups, bowls, coffee&tea, kettle, utensils). Nice neighbourgood being real curry-town with several variously priced curry houses in a close proximity. Very close to the central London tourist attractions, few minutes away from the tube station.
Location was great. Walking distance to British Museum, Camden Markets and a range of smaller interesting museums and collections. Lots of vegetarian restaurants within minutes too. Microwave, sink and small fridge meant we could eat cheaply. Laundry facilities were free - byo washing liquid. Very quiet and pleasant spot. Comfortable bed. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep and eat.

Flats are 3 mins away on foot from Euston Station giving an excellent base for travelling around the city.
While the flats are close to a major travel centre, the area itself is surprisingly quiet at nights allowing a good nights sleep.
It's really hard to find good accomodation in London which will not
be extremely expensive. These studios maybe small but they are so
practically organised and they have it all (excellent choice of tea and
everything you may need in the bathroom). Very convenient for city trip.

Very nice and clean apartment. Very close to both Euston station and
Euston Square station. Prices are reasonable. Got everything supplied
in the room even though it is small. Very home-like feel. Fast check

Location is great, close to 2 tube stations and buss stops. Traffalgar sq.and National art galery is just 7 bus stops away and so are other great places. Room is spaceous enought for 2 people. It's sparkling clean and has everything nesessary. Kitchen and bathrooms are well equiped and quite comfortable. Stuff is friendly and helpeful. Loved that place!.
The room was very cleverly designed to incorporate everything necessary in a very small space. The furnishings were pleasant and in good condition and everywhere was scrupulously clean. A light and airy ambience which gave the impression of a bigger space.

Close to two underground stations, train station and night-bus/24hr
route. Pub on the corner serving lunch. About ten Indian restaurants and
a mini supermarket within a minute's walk. Clean rooms and a nice
strong shower. Leaving luggage at reception/office after check-out
on last day was no problem. Free wifi that worked well.
The flats were in a central location. A 2 minute walk to the Euston tube station, also surrounded by a few great pubs. Kitchenette, free wifi and use of laundry facilities were great and staff were very accommodating, particularly given we checked in quite late and had to pick up the key from the cartwright gardens reception.
very impressed with décor and extras - pleasantly surprised to find tea / coffee, hair-dryer etc. Lovely light and airy room with two floor to ceiling sash windows. Flowers on balcony a delight too. Shower clean, easily controlled and effective. Wardrobe space perfectly adequate (rarely the case with London B&Bs).
My room was immaculate. I only stayed one night so cannot comment on daily room servicing.

I knew in advance - thanks to a previous review that the room would be small. I personally loved it.
Studio is but cosy, perfectly clean, everything functional and well
distributed. Private bathroom with nice extras: shampoo, shaving razor,
toothbrush, cream. Wifi free and individual account per room, hence
quite fast. 204 gbp for 3 nights. And a 5-10 minute walk form London St
Pancras - Kings cross is delicious.
The location (wow, a 3-min walk from Euston Train Station), your ingenius use of space - we had everything we needed in our kitchenette, the comfortable bed, the pretty window-box, the nice bathroom with its lovely toiletries, the garden - it was a fab surprise to find this & we had our breakfast out there.
Stayed here several times and will keep coming back. Very convenient location 2 minutes walk away from Euston Station and Euston Square station. Fully equipped kitchen is a big plus especially for budget travellers who might want to have breakfast in room or pack some sandwiches to go for lunch.
Nice contemporary styled modern furniture. Really well designed studio kitchen (albeit small) and was spotlessly clean. Great location, walking distance from Camden town, Kings Cross. Staff were friendly. Will definitely go back - not using a hotel in London again as studios2let were so good!.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room was a decent size for 1-2 people. Kitchen had all the required utilities and all were in working order. Shower was good and bed was very comfortable. Good storage space. Bathroom was on the small side, but that wasn't a problem.
Good location very close to euston station (5 min walk), clean, good facilities (fridge,toaster,kettle,microwave,cutlery,plates etc). Plenty of places to eat nearby and a sainsburys local which is open til midnight. Also good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
Very central, 3 mins walk from Euston Square and 7 mins walk from Euston
and the inner ring road. Although very compact everything there to self
cater, even washing up liquid which many such apartments don't have.

The hotel was in a perfect location, 2 minutes walk from Euston Train/Tube station. It was extremely clean inside, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very very small - however not a negative when your in london because you only sleep there really.

The whole experience is good and I did respect the fact that it was clean and tidy .
Contemporary decor, very small but good use of space, everything we
needed to be self sufficient. Location brilliant - street nearby full of
cheap, delicious indian restaurants, walking distance to Camden, Soho

Internet very fast (wifi). The kitchen bit small but very helpful for us to heat somefm food that we bought from nearby supermarket. Easy to access into London city bcoz train station just about 5mins walk from the hotel.
The studio was very well equipped and in a great location. We were able to walk to most the places we wanted to go but it was also very handy for the underground and train stations. It was clean and comfortable.

The studio was small but perfect for a city stay at a reasonable price. Amenities allowed us to eat in for meals when we wanted. Yes is is SMALL but it was what I expected right in the city of London.

The location is absolutely great just 2 minutes from Warren street tube station. The room is even more cosy and comfortable than you can guess from the photos. The staff is extremely nice.

the room reached almost our all expectations. Especially a near-by sainsbury local supermarket is just within 10 mins walk you can make simple continental breakfast by yourself.
very clean place, we had everything to do breakfast in our room. we had a phon, a toaster, a microwave... the hotel is 5 min on walk from Euston station (on the circle line..).

The curtains are quite thin, so if you need absolute darkness to sleep,
better bring a sleeping mask (or hang the bed spread as we did).
There was plenty of light entering the room in the morning, the curtains should be replaced.
There was some noise from the room upstairs so if there's someone there and you're light sleeper that's the only drawback.
The room was very compact. The bathroom was small - only one person could be in it at a time with not much space in the shower or around the toilet. The two chairs were fold ups. It was pretty tight for two people to sit at the table to eat. We did expect the room to be small, and we were out all day everyday exploring London so the size was not a big issue for us. It could be an issue for people who need their space though.

No blackout curtains, which made me wake up around 6am... No A/C, but it's the same for almost anywhere in London. Wifi, although free, did not have great signal in the room and caused several problems.
Bathroom small but usable again very clean so wasnt that fussed about size could use everything in there .
No 24hrs reception, and I could appreciate more space, but for the price it's more than satisfactory.
The room has no big mirrow so for a girl it is quite unconfortable to choose the clothes and makeup.

Was very compact. Great for one. If sharing make sure you're very comfortable with each other! No real preparation area for food. Only three washing machines in laundry and one was broken at the time.
If you do not forget that you are in uk and accomodation is smaller
than in other countries there is nothing we did not like everything
was great.
Small. Doesn't have lift means you will have to carry heavy luggages
up the stairs (5 level). The door responded with huge cracking sound
while closing the door. Maybe it will be better if staff can stay up to
12am just in case some guests need anything such as shampoo or
toiletries at night.
We lived in 5th floor and it was tricky to drag suitcases up.
Check out at 11:00 was a little earlier than what I'm used to. Very
little surface area in our room to have breakfast on (two fold-up
deckchairs at a window sill/shelf. But we didn't mind that for
the couple of days.

Nowhere to sit apart from the bed. Nowhere to eat - apart from sitting on the bed, though the little glass-top table was helpful for mug, plate etc. Would have appreciated a breakfast bar or some such.
If you arrive after 8pm you have to go elsewhere and pick up your keys.
The small room is incredibly small, our touring caravan was bigger. Only one (small and slim ) person could possibly stay in it. Having said that I found it cute and would definitely use it again.
Zero isolation: you can hear everything, from the upper neighbour
rolling on her bed to every single door in the corridor (you start
because it feels it is your door.
Night light: the curtains do not give you full darkness, so for those who cannot sleep without a blackout it can be a problem.
The only thing I would change would be to put black-out curtain lining in the curtains. The ones in our room were quite thin & light coloured meaning that a lot of street lighting still came into the room at night & the sunlight in the morning.
The room is small even for London. I wouldn't recommend it for two people, there won't be space to move around. Fine for one though.

The sink in the bathroom was very small and low down, but it was okay to use once you got used to it. The only other issue was that there was no Sky Sports as advertised, BT Sport 1 was available though, so it made up for it.
No space to eat (would have to sit on the bed) - however for 1 night this was not an issue.

Because we were there in summer the room was extremely hot and did not have any air conditioning, just the worlds smallest fan. However other friends got air con in their room. So next time i think i would request this.
small rooms very tight bathrooms only suitable for people who are small and very slim. Curtains need to be replaced as they are useless in keeping the light out.
No air conditioning( only s problem in the summer in the south of th UK!) and the communal iron was downstairs in the laundry room.
Bathroom was tiny and hard to use if not twiggy. No maid service so beds
and towels are not made or changed during stay. Staff not particularly
friendly or outgoing, hardly a smile amongst them, though they did job
well enough( book in and receipt on departure). Tv hard to watch unless
in or on bed.
I think a meal plan would have been better. This could have enhanced the value for money factor. I'd say the room for improvement is not wide at all.
Staff unfriendly at reception, no effort to welcome new guests or say
goodbye. Sound proofing between floors is a big problem - poss night
shift staff above our room folding towels all night so pacing above our
bed for hours. Ear plugs a necessity. We had a terrible night's
sleep because of noise.
Room a bit small.
The bathroom was tiny however it was adequate for our needs. The shower head was broken but we didn't raise this at the time as it wasn't too big an issue.
Only a word of advice really, we went for the medium sized room, which was ok, but still quite small for two (hard to get out of bed on one side), so I suspect the smallest room would have been too small for two people.
