The room was really clean. The staff were really helpful and gave a great breakfast service with a lot to choose from. It was also in walking distance from the Hammersmith Apollo which was a bonus. Very welcoming and helpful. Great value. Near to tube. Nice surrounding area with nice bars and restaurants. Good breakfast and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Near Hammersmith Tube station, decent, clean, friendly service. kind staff, nice breakfast, nice soundproofing. Good hotel for the price, but despite double-glazing, my room picked up lots of noise from the busy road outside. Good location - close to Hammersmith tube station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean. Nice and friendly athmosphere and good location in the city. Excellent place if you are looking for "value for money" and you are not very picky! For London, the prices are cheap and it's great for a "lay over" night or two.The hotel was clean and tidy, not too far from the station and reasonably priced. Shepherd's Bush Road really is very busy and the traffic noise is terrible. Despite the double glazing it's very intrusive. On this visit I requested and was given a room at the back of the hotel, but the noise still filters through.small room, no elevator, not closed to the tube. Beds are not comfortable.lack of telephones in the rooms. The 240V socket was broken and potentially unsafe. The room was front-facing an don the top-floor; very noisy from the wind and traffic. The bathroom was also tiny.
