Evarything very nice. Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff. the location was excellent and the room was modern and comfortable. Excellent staff. Great location.this hotel's location is amazing, you could not get any closer to Leicester Square unless you slept in the park!. decor and location. location. Location was really it's big plus. The rooms although small were designed fairly well to optimise the space. Service was quick! As we originally had no iron. Despite sending us a broken iron, we received a working one within 20 minutes.all reviews »
Location is excellent. Hotel is quiet and elegant. Room clean and well-planned. Security-card operated elevator is modern and works well, mostly. Good service, comfortable and clean room, close to the areas we were visiting. Staff were friendly and happy to assist when asked. staff assistance. location. The only thing i can say is that even though id booked 2 rooms the hotel only had me down for 1. luckily the staff who were extremely helpful had another room available, but this situation always scares me. I think the problem was lack of coms from Booking.com to the hotel, not the hotels fault??. I would personally sacrifice the desk space for more room space i.e. have a smaller desk. Had to make a special request for loo roll! Shaving mirror was broken.only small detail but our tea/coffee materials were not refreshed on second day of our stay despite us leaving a note to housekeeping requesting this - why?. the windows weren't double glazed. Room size small, bathtub/shower = invitation for broken hips. The door on the shower is so big that it only allows you to step in on a downward slant. If you want to swing it open or closed the floor in the bathroom gets soaked due to the overhead shower fixture. Also avoid getting drinks in the hotel bar. Two drinks cost us 14 pounds. Lack of service elevator, and number of floors adds to waiting times with elevator. Staff dishonesty or sloppiness with breakfast charging bothers me. I was charged for full breakfast even if staff knew clearly that only continental breakfast had been consumed.room had a vent of some kind outside which was intrusive at times. Check in best left until late afternoon. Room was not ready for over an hour despite reception chasing up housekeeping 3 times!. Dirty food tray from previous occupant left outside door to room, After leaving do not disturb sign on door staff entered room to turn down bed. didn't deal with problem after request to desk. dirty carpets in room 409.
