What people say
I asked them not to be on the first floor after reading the comments and they gave us a nice room on the upper floor. Receptionists are very kind. Nice bar just next door. Common kitchen on each floor. Good price for a nice stay.
for London area the price was reasonable. Facility was basic 'hostel' but clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close proximity to mass transit station.all reviews »
5 minutes on a bus from Greenwich, a bar right after the corner with music events, friendly staff, everything is clean and nice.
The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating, and many things like wifi and towels that cost at other hostels were free.
the stuff is so friendly, help me to carry so heavy luggage, I am so pleased with the stuffs.
We appreciated the friendliness of the staff and general cleanliness of the hostel.
Like the Breakfast time, and the fact that the place had free wifi.
I liked the common area good place to meet friends.
The location was perfect and staff was helpful.
Location and price and easy late night access.
The people I got to meet at the the hostel.
Staff excellent.
We were lucky to have a room for two persons with a nice view on London's skyline.
The music from the inn was loud but not as much as we had feared.
It is a cheap hotel in London. The bed, restroom, shower room, kichen are acceptable. It is not far from the city center.
Location is gd near to train station & fast food is cheaps.
very near bus station only 5 minutes, friendly staff :-).
Cheap and clean.
Really close to underground station and bus stops. Nice live music pub
right downstairs. Simple but satisfying breakfast. Adequate price/
quality ratio.(keeping in mind you're in superexpensive London...!)
Very kind staff.
Great hostel, great people. We stayed there for 7 nights, and they've been really helpful with everything. They even sent my iPod back all away to Sweden, can't thank them enough. Highly recommended!.
Price. Breakfast.

The facilities were moldy and filthy. The only decent thing about this place was the young man that was attentive to the guests.
Repair staff knocking on door after 10:30 p.m. asking if it was ok to make repairs to room.
sometimes I had a problem with the water (it just stopped coming from a tap).
The showers were iffy, especially in terms of cleanliness.
The noisy bar downstairs, played till 2am.
Bed not good quality the matress was not comfortable.
Mattress was uncomfy and we couldn´t shut the window completely.
A bit noisey but that was expected.
The speed with which beds get booked up in advance!.
none.
The bathrooms were not in a very good technical condition.
There is a bar under the hostel. It is very noise during the weekend while there is live music. Pay attention to it when you book it in the weekend.
No lift
A bit noise in downstair.
The street is very noisy.
We booked a room for 6, and there was barely the room to move. Two of
the bed were right against the huge, useless closet (since it
couldn't be opened). Room, toilets and kitchen deserved a better
cleaning (even if sometimes it's just the hosts' bad manners).
If you are looking for a convenient location for your trip in London,
consider paying a bit more but try something closer to the center.
WiFi should be accessible in all rooms. Beds were not too clean, my sheets that were given to me had blood and lipstick on them. The bathroom was freezing because the window kept being opened. The kitchen smelled terrible and could be smaller from the entire hallway. Some of the small cards hanging up are promoting events that do not exist. There were not enough workable outlets in the room for everyone. Shampoo and soap was not provided like almost every other hotel/hostel.
The music was so fxxxx loud! Even the floor was shaking!.
Everything expect the location.
The bathrooms which all the people are sharing are kind of awful, It's kinda clean, yes, but everything is so old, and damaged, there are problems with the shower, and there was one morning, we don't have hot water until 10am.
I booked three beds for 5 days and paid the full amount in cash when we checked in on late Monday afternoon. Found out our schedule had changed and unable to stay there a few hours later. They refused to refund anything (not even one day) even we had just handed them the cash only a few hours ago.
Filthy, smelled, bathrooms didnt work, lights went out, uncomfortable beds.
It was dirty , hairs , and other thungs every where and it smells bad.
