Wauw, I'm impressed! Room was not very big, but comfortable clean and neat. Many services like 24 hrs roomservice, wide range of tv services like movies internet etc even in my language dutch, good gym, excellent staff, very friendly and quick service, very helpfull. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Our room was clean, tidy and the view was excellent. However, we did have trouble finding the entrance to start off, but I was extremely happy with our stay and would definatley come back. Thank you.
all reviews » I stay in London Hotels all the time, and this one often has good deals that make it the best value for money of any I stay in. The rooms are generally excellent and I like the fact that many of them have a fridge. Friendly and helpful staff. We did not eat at the hotel but the choice of food was good and almost resonably priced. The room was at the front of the hotel and there was no noise that we could hear at any time.I have stayed at this hotel before and can say that it is consistently of an excellent standard. The bonous is the availability of a car park which is becoming increasingly rare in central london. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would definately reccommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for making our stay in London so relaxed.Modern rooms, very comfortable. Excellent communications to central london. Free Wifi would be nice. The internet service was no so good. Cleaners started outside our room at 7.15 every morning and werevery loud!. the breakfast. The lady at the breakfast reception was very good, but the other staff forgetful, untrained and uninterested. When a large table next to us was cleared all the crums, bits of egg ect were just flicked with a cloth onto the chairs, which were just left very randomly and never once adjusted. Indeed they were left in the middle of the room and staff had to walk around them!!!!!!. Although it did not worry me there was quite a bit of road noise from my room. A bit far from the next tube station. Lobby. Although we were on a non smoking floor (9th), a strong smell of cigarettes came up through the air vents.It is not of significant importance, but an LCD TV would be a plus. Location. Quite expensive. Breakfast was not included in the charge, although we were given discount coupons (15%) at check-in, to use at the hotel's restaurant. Only the fact that it was quite a walk to the nearest tube. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite steep and some of the staff were not as friendly as others.

Travelling information

By London Underground (The Tube): Take the Jubilee line to St. John's Wood. Turn left out of the station onto Wellington Road. Walk for approximately 5 minutes to the end of the road. At the end of Wellington Road, cross the lights, turn left onto Park Road, then take 1st right into Lodge Road, where the entrance is. This will take approximately 7 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the tube to Baker Street Station using either, the Bakerloo, Circle, Central or Metropolitan lines and take a short walk up to Park Road until you reach Lodge Road. Turn left and the Hotel entrance is 45 metres (50 yards) on your right hand side. This will take approximately 10 minutes.
