After searching for days It was the review on your website that made me finally book this hotel, it was the cleanliness remarks that won me over.We have stayed in many hotels in London and had many disappointments. This hotel had the highest standard standard of cleanliness, the staff were extremely friendly and the rooms had all the facilities that you could need. The location was great, even on a main road it wasn't too noisy, the room we stayed in had everything we needed with a huge bed, and the helpful staff.

Rather scant, boring breakfast, but pleasant environment. the street noice was unberable. Shower was quite low. Breakfast was not that good. The breakfast : too simple and served in a lovely but freezing room !. Disturbed by noisy night-time traffic. Dislike duvets ~ would like sheets in future. No shower cap. Breakfast not up to much, but given the price I didn't mind too much. Near very noisy street, there was supossed be an iron in every room- not true (there was only one iron for the whole hotel),uncomfortalbe beds. Our room, especially the bathroom, was a smelling of damp. Probably because it was a basement room. Sink and toilet wouldn't flush properly. Would have liked a wider choice of cereals at breakfast. Traffic noise was a problem though that is not the hotel's fault.Only two thin pillows and the kettle was impossible to fill under the taps. The breakfast isn't even worth commenting on. Plastic bread through an inefficient toaster + jam. (I don't like jam - no alternative) A continental breakfast is fine but this was AWFUL!. lack of parking,road noise,tho to be fair its situated on camden rd.would have been better to have four pilloows on a double bed.did,nt ask for two more tho am sure hotel would have obliged.breakfast could of been better but generally it was good. Continental breakfast could be improved- bread,cereals,cheese and jams only offered- some fruit,croissants and cold meats would be nice. there was no adjustment plug so i was not able to charge my mobile - I am from out of UK. the breakfast was appalling. Only 2 faults.. The pillows were wafer thin and we only had one each,and the breakfast was very limited to toast or cereal... On a corner of a main traffic junction in London (I should have guessedfrom the hotel name!) It was very noisy all through the night.Breakfast was very basic but would still have expected orange juice incooler (not weak orange squash) and some real coffee rather thansachets of Maxwell House.No AC and the room was boiling hot! Only an open window to the (extremely noisy street) was the only ventilation. Terribly hot on an average day in May, would not want to stay during the hot summer days...

The breakfast room is a modern space located on the ground floor, adjacent to the reception and lobby area. It is dominated by huge windows from which light floods in during the day.

Room information details

The rooms are all of medium size and brightly decorated with cream walls, warm coloured fabrics, oil paintings, wooden furniture and new, solid oak wooden floors. All rooms are equipped with plasma televisions. The small bathrooms are all tiled up to the ceiling and have been equipped with baths and showers.

Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition, having been completely rebuilt and renovated in March 2008.
