This hotel is actually on St Paul's doorstep, quite the best location possible. The check-in was over in seconds and our room was large, and had everything ~ including the kitchen sink!... and the cost was as unbelievably small as the bed was unbelievably large! From now on there is no option in my mind. My wife and I have already planned another visit next month. Great hotel...GREAT Location, we were on a floor that was a once smokingfloor so our room stunk asked to be moved and it was no problem, muchhappier when we moved. You can pretty much walk most of the city fromthis hotel and the sight seeing buses are right outside the door. Alittle expensive but thats not their fault the dollar is worth nothing!!.
all reviews » The hotel was quiet and comfortable and 5 minutes away from The Globe and Tate Modern on foot over the millennium bridge. Even closer to St Paul's tube stop and exactly 12 paces from the bus stop where you can take the city tour. Plenty of places to eat. Felt very safe even late at night. View of St Pauls which is only 50 yards away! Perfect!. Excellent service, nice and quiet room - only 2 problems - the movie system did not work. I liked the lounge and computer facilities with access to printing. Very useful for me who was working in the hotel one day to prepare for meetings;. I really liked this hotel; the value was great, and the location waswonderful. It is a close walk to the Underground, the train station, thebus stops, and Thames. The staff is knowledgable and professional. Iwill stay there again,. Great. Very central. We were able to check in 2 hours before the 3.00p.m. check in time with no problem. I would go back. I have also stayed in their Manhattan hotel and that was excellent too.The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, the hotel was easy to find and in an excellent location for a couple who have never been to london before. and the price was great. The Breakfastroom is nice and the service very good. Also the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my business meetings. While the rooms were not fancy whatsoever, they were clean and very functional. Wifi on the rooms worked great too. I would definately stay here again.2 tv's in suite - need flat screens now old tv's too bulky. Location is main factor plus very clean and secure. Like Ipod dock/radio by bed. and kitchenette features. It was very clean and comfertable.The staff were very helpful and were able to answer all our queries.There was a lot of extras available on request.Reception was very helpful, when internet access was not possible from the public pc's they booked a show for us on the reception pc. The room was comfortable, liked the info. books in the room especially.Also availbility of tea and coffee etc and filtered water.The room was excellent and very comfortable for a short break in London and the St Paul's location was perfect. Also, we were hoping that there would be a bath in the room.Need decent size bath towels please, cannot even wrap the towel all around you! Would like bedside shelf on both sides of the bed please! Why have induction hob and no ppts/pans?. The 3rd bed was a camping type one and was not very comfortable to sleep in.No - all excellent. No restaurants opened on weekends nearby.kettle wasn't working but i reported it on departure and it was noted. to be picky... the shower drain is abit slow, or simpy because the shower power is great and out match the drain. The ventilation at the showerroom is weak. air-conditioning is a bit noisy when we come to sleep. Also the add-on single bed is way too soft.
