Turnham Green Lane is a lovely street with very nice shops. The hotel was friendly, warm, and comfortable. The towels were lovely big bath sheets and were changed daily. the friendliness of all staff members, the comfort and the location in a quiet and friendly community. Location/Price. The staff was throughout our stay extremely helpful and the fact that it is a very small hotel was very attractive for us.all reviews »
The room is quiet though overlooking the railways. Everything was fine. We were satisfied with the service. It was clean and in spite of the fact that it is a relatively small room, we had everything including a socket for our plug which is very different from the ones in England.Perfect for reasonably , no frills accommodation for 1 or 2 nights, could not be more conveneintly located for both trains & Chiswick High Road. good public transport connections, clean room. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The room was clean and well-kept. Pleasant neighborhood. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed.convenient location and staff. distance to the subway station. The hotel is right next to the tube station, and we could always hear the noise of the trains. This was not a problem for us, but may be for others. found it a little noisy especially with construction being done nearby and at the basement. The entry which is in a small path just below the railways wall. It is a little bit too close to the underground station and those who are very sensitive, will have something to complain about. As far as we concerned, we weren't disturbed by it.noise due to the tube station next to the buildind. Would not want to stay on third floor again ..lift needed. Breakfast very poor and noise of tubes late at night and early morning. The rooms really are extremely small, and with a 2-person twin room, this was especially noticeable. The vicinity to the tube station is on one hand convenient, on the other hand because it practically overlooks the tracks, it is noisy. Access to attic room by narrow stairs, with no lift.Not sure if we'd have been able to escape if there was a fire!. the rest.
