Please note that check in and payment is required at the apartments' central office. Guests will also be provided with directions to the apartment (just 5 minutes' walk away) and the keys. The address is: Unit 13, Adler Street, London, E1 1EG.
Guests must provide official photographic identification upon check-in, along with the credit/debit card used when booking. The cardholder must be present.
If you plan to arrive outside of the usual check-in hours, prior arrangements must be made with the property directly. Check-in after 21:00 will incur an extra charge of GBP 20. After 00:00, a charge of GBP 30 will apply.
After a booking is made, guests will receive an email with further instructions regarding payment and key collection.
Group bookings (for 3 or more apartments or for more than 6 nights) are subject to pre-payment. Full details will be provided by email. A security deposit of GBP 50 will apply for groups of 6 guests or more.
Parties are not permitted in the apartments. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Unit 13, Adler Street, London E1 1EG. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
