Absolutely fantastic hotel and owners, Gwyneth even came out to greet us after we telephoned to say we were lost. Breakfast was cooked to order andthe romm was very very good, they recommended great places to go and couldn't have been more helpful, the hotel was really well presented and we both really enjoyed our time there. We stayed in the room with the King Size bed. Being on side road therefore quite location. Very helpful plenty of local inforamtion available plus book for guests to include their comments on local restaurants. Excellent sellection menu for breakfast cooked to order. Also option for evening meal all freshly prepared daily.all reviews »
the owners were very friendly and they gave good information about the area; the rooms were very clean and comfortable; the breakfasts were excellent and we thought the hotel offered great value for money. Our daughters' twin room was much roomier and more comfortable. The bathroom was very small and old fashioned. The rooms could also do with updating\modernising. we were placed in the roof, television was placed too high and was too small and no comfortable chairs to sit on when in room, also tv in lounge was faulty.

Detached Victorian House, less than 100 yards from the promenade and only a short walk from the Theatre and Conference centre. Close to new shopping complex. Quiet area with lots of free street parking.
Information about the area
We are just seconds from the sea front, with lots of free street parking. We are ideally placed for the excellent Theatre and Conference Centre which is only a leisurely stroll away. Llandudno has retained all the traditional attractions of its Victorian origins: a beautifully restored pier, a Punch and Judy show and donkey rides. Activity facilities available within close proximity include golf courses, pony trekking and riding, sea and river fishing, dry ski slope, rock climbing, walks and rambles. There is a vast array of shops, restaurants, cafes, and pubs. The walled town of Conway with its 13th century castle is just a short drive away. Llandudno provides the perfect base for all that Wales has to offer. Ten minutes drive brings you to the Snowdonia National Park with its beautiful mountains, lakes, walks and magical scenery.
Travelling information
If travelling from the North take junction 20 off the A55, turn right(signposted Promenade), at the promenade turn left, follow this road for approx 10 minutes through Rhos on Sea, over the hill, when you see the promenade at Llandudno there are Fields on the left, take the second turning on the left we are almost immediately on the right. If travelling from the south take exit 19 off A55 follow signs for Llandudno when you have been driving for approx 10 minutes you will reach a roundabout, third exit is Craig-y-don, follow this until you reach co-op on left, turn right and then next left, we are on the left.
