This is our second visit to Brigstock House and there is nothing not to like!! its situated on a really quiet road so no noise to disturb you and Simon the proprietor is very friendly. The breakfast is freshly cooked and there is also a three course dinner available. The rooms are spotless and well laid out, quite a few have a small separate seating area, we stayed in Room 5 this time which has two armchairs and a small fridge in the seating area. Bed is only a double which felt small to us as.

The room was clean, tidy and welcoming and was thoroughly cleaned each day while I was out at conference. The cooked breakfasts were outstanding. A really nice, pleasant base for attending the Labour Party Conference at Venue Cymru. I hope to take my wife back in June for her birthday. I was able to park on the forecourt which was really helpful and saved me endless problems. It was in a safe secure location within walking distance of the town centre. The facilities were comfortable with thought given to the decor well appointed with comfort being the key the food was always freshly cooked and good quality. The manager was on site professional yet friendly we would return and would recommend it with confidence. Location was excellent - within walking distance to all amenities, sea front and restaurants in Llandudno. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made you feel welcome from day one. The breakfast served was scrumptious, portion size perfect with a great selection of local produce. Will definitely stay here again. My wife and I enjoyed our two day stay at Brigstock House, the room was clean and comfortable and the food excellent and we were made welcome by the host. I was working in Llandudno and staying at the Brigstock hotel made it really enjoyable. the breakfast was lovely and coming back to a home cooked meal on a evening was great. my room was very comfortable and i slept well every night. The room we stayed in was a attic bedroom, we both liked the layout & the cozy feel off the room, very clean & comfortable, great food & friendly helpful staff, would definitely like too come back for another stay sometime. The location was within walking distance to all shops and promenade and an excellent local pub called the Albert for good quality food. The lighting in the en-suite is on the low side, when a chap is trying to have a shave in the morning. nothing. surprised that such a perfectionist served frozen french fries instead of proper chips with the evening meals +needs bigger toaster (waited to long for extra then came wrong colour) but these are very minor things that won't put me off going again. Nothing. Nothing!. Parking is an issue generally in Llandudno and in the streets around Brigstock House, despite having 5 parking bays on the property. there was nothing to dis-like whatso-ever. No problems at all. nothing. Absolutely nothing, great product. Parking was a bit tight. There was not a thing to dislike. nothing. Location a bit far from beach and shops when the weather was poor, we had to use the car which defeated the object of being able to forget the car for a few days and still had parking problems in the town. No dislikes. Nothing major amiss- bigger range of teas and more than 1 small pack of biscuits would have been nice.
