Very convenient central location, good parking, friendly and helpfulstaff, very clean and smart, service excellent, very good value formoney, very good breakfast service. Very clean and comfortable. Especially good for our stay as it was very close to the Echo Arena. A very short walk. We will definately be staying here again.The location was great, easy to find and my room overlooking the dockarea was quiet and pleasant. The restaurnat was excellent; the food wasgreat too!.

My first room was at the front and that was rather noisy from the traffick.Disappointed to find no luggage storage facilities at hotel. Perhaps this could be clarified on website. Frivolous dismissal by reception staff when I commented about the outer door to the accommodation block not closing properly and consequently allowing anyone to gain access. much noise from the corridor. No lift.No decaff coffee in room [altho available on request] Too few milks as you need 2 portions for each mug.
