  You get what you pay for... its really nothing but a room with a bed.. and that's all we wantet.. Perfect when you are in london for a short visit and dose not spend any time in your hostel/hotel exept for when sleeping.. And its very close to Leyton underground station so the distance from central london dosent really count for anything.. - plea... what people say » sant welcome from owner. close to tube. building is structurally ok.
