Nicest room for the fairest price of any hotel we stayed at our entire 6week trip. We had a room at a well-established hotel in London that costus 3 times the price of the Holiday per night and it wasn't nearly asnice, leading us to believe that they were trying to count on their"history" to keep the prices high. Holiday had excellent staff from thebellman, desk staff, to the housekeeping. everything was just excellent and I'm pleased to have the opportunity to give my opinion.The staff were really well trained and the food was great.I was really impressed with everything and the hotel staff did their best to make sure we were comfortable.I hope to be back again.

Hotel arrangements for early morning taxi to Heathrow CTA (£10) were very good, and removed the stress of doing it ourselves! We will definitely choose this hotel again. I have stayed at many airport hotels and this hotel was one of the cleanest and most comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room rate was excellent. Breakfast prices were outrageous, but luckily the website informed us of this ahead of time and we brought our own.no the only issue was that the elevator malfunctioned but a young man came upstairs and carried my bags down. Booked a twin room for myself and my Grandmother but was allocated a double bedded room was offered a twin on speaking to staff but Grandmother was too tired to move to the next building down where the room was available.Price of breakfast. Fast response to customer needs. room service was a bit pricey for what I ordered. The fact that they did not follow-up on my email that I wrote to you and which you forwared to them to answer.(1) When I had my meal (at about 19.00) Teh meat in the cavery was very dry as if it had been sitting under the heat lamps for to long. (2) The morning of my departure I asked for a taxi to the airport. I was directed to a car outside. The driver charged me £15 for the ride. I explained to him a black cab charged me £7 the evening before. Why are yor taxis twice the price?.
