  We arrived late in the evening owing to no mobile signal in the area. We received a very warm welcome from Nigel. For our two days stay he was most helpful, the staff were excellent and happy in their work. Accommodation was excellent, we will certainly be recommending The Cock - A friendly and comfortable stay in a quiet location. The rooms are ... what people say » off the road and are pleasingly renovated. Glemsford is a quiet village and a great stop off point. The staff were kind & helpful and there's a great Chinese take-away next door! Good value.
