Everyone very helpful. Restaurant and staff superb. Could I suggest that "crisps or savouries" are available to purchase in Bar area. My sister and I relaxed in the bar at least an hour prior to lunch and wanted a packet of crisps, following our journey to Glasgow but nothing was available. The hotel was fabulous with very friendly staff, the room had a great view, was warm and comfortable and the location was brilliant, close to great restaurants, shops, transport. Really great value and will definitely stay there on our next trip.

The location is nice and central, we ate in the bar for lunch and the food was lovely and the choice of breakfast food was great - no fault in this hotel at all!. Excellent location! The staff answered any questions we had and were very helpful. They also seemed to enjoy what they were doing and what we were doing while in Glasgow. We would definitely stay there again. Spotless!. The staff were really friendly and even gave our room a little upgrade as it was a surprise for my boyfriends birthday. All in all the hotel was lovely and we both really enjoyed our experience at the Marks. Hotel was very clean and well decorated and beds were nice and comfy!! The staff made you feel that they were looking after you and they did a great job.Marks Hotel is in an excellent location within the city of Glasgow and it offered us the comfort we needed while sightseeing this part of Scotland. Food was good, staff good, location good and generally viewed by the party as an excellent choice. Beds are so comfy, staff helpful, found out cinema listings etc for us, 24 hr room service. Central location. The hotel looked young and stylish compared to other older buildings. The staff were very helpful and the food in the resturant was exelent.Could not possible find anything bad to say. The street noise was a little loud with jet lag and all but overall not that bad. Also could have used air conditioning on the first night it got a little hot, but it cooled down evenually.Well, its a minor complaint. But I did think the food was a little expensive. Also some in room snacks like short bread would of been nice. But again, minor. shower not detachable, breakfast finished a bit early for weekdays;. Dark loud wallpaper. i liked everything .lack of parking, lift service, speed of cooked breakfast service. Would have liked a mini bar in the room. Hotel mixed up one room booking and caused embarassment when trying to charge for breakfast. really enjoyed my stay at marks hotel but our room key would not work and we had to return to reception several times which was dissapointing. Couldn't open the windows on the 8th. floor. Dinner on Sunday could have been a bit later. cleaners just walked into our room a couple of times. they were very apologetic though, wasnt a major issue but couldve been embarrasing. Cost of delaying check out time by 2 hours.

- This will bring you onto Waterloo Street. Drive 5 blocks then turn left onto Bath Street. - We are the large glass building on the right-hand side at 110 Bath Street.

From the M8 (North):
- Take junction 15 (Glasgow Cross and Cathedral) and keep in the left-hand lane.
- Follow the road round, going through 3 sets of traffic lights.
- Take a right onto North Hanover Street and then the first left onto Killermont Street.
- Continue through 3 sets of traffic lights, taking a left onto Renfield Street.
