  The hotel is located in a great location just outside stratford upon avon. Staff are very friendly, rooms very clean, pool and gym extremely useful. It's a fantastic hotel. - Everything about it wss great. We have stayed in many hotels in the last 20 months in the UK and this was one of the best.

  Made to feel very welcome, felt that nothing was too much trouble. The rooms we were allocated were excellent We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the rural views. We only used The Houndshill as an overnight stop to break up a long and tiring return journey from Yorkshire to Windsor but would not hesitate to stay there again if returning at a ... what people say » future date to discover what Ettington and the surrounding area has to offer - My mother and I stayed at this no frills budget pub situated on main Stratford to Banbury road. Good location, situated in large grounds. Pet friendly (dogs not allowed in bar) Large clean rooms, my room had lovely view of garden. Good choice of tasty meals served in the bar in the evening. Average breakfast. The owners were very welcoming, and the young lady working in the bar was a gem.

  The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we were made to feel very much at home. They took a genuine personal interest in their customers. The hotel has a lot of character and the individual rooms are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent, a very high standard, although not much of a variety for veg... what people say » etarians on the evening dinner menu. - our stay at the Halfors Bridge was superb, from walking in and being greeted by very friendly helpful staff to leaving after three nights having sampled the food in the restaurant and having wonderful breakfasts every morning there was nothing to complain or find fault with. The rooms are well appointed with everything you need, nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
