Good location for MOMA Edinburgh (great food at the cafe there); quick drive; walkable; on major bus routes; also for other town attractions. Murrayfield Stadium very close by. Convenient close parking; off peak free/peak hours (07.30-09.30 & 16.00-18.00) meter @ £1 per hour. There is a disabled driver spot.
Owners gave us friendly welcome and info about local area.

The location of the apartments was excellent, five minutes to the town centre. Tesco express at the top of the street, take always and two local bars within two minutes walk from the apartments. The beds must be the most comfortable beds our group have slept in. Spotless and comfortable really impressed and would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in Edinburgh.

The apartment we were allocated was superb in terms of decor, facilities and location. The staff and owner were really helpful. The use of a key safe really worked for us, as we ended up arriving a little later than we Planned.
The apartments were clean, tidy and modern. Very spacious, close to many shops and trainstation yet still very quiet. Staff (eddie) was polite and friendly.
Good size, plenty of general space. Modern. had most of what you could need from a place away from home. Meet & Greet. Car parking.

The only flaw for us as life long non- smokers was odour of cigarettes; possibly the apartment had once been lived in by smokers. Otherwise very good.

I really needed somewhere that accepted dogs. Due to a problem with the app, I thought we could bring the dog to find out that pets were not allowed. Maybe the deposit is a bit excessive at £250.
Some local shops had rude staff.
One of the bedrooms had no hanging space for clothes. £200 damage bond, but 1st time rented an appartment, so this may be the norm.
The double bed wasn't very comfy and the duvet wasn't big enough, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and my friend using it opted to use the sofa cushions on the floor, the Wi-Fi parental controls were not welcome as they blocked innocent things like our Ice Hockey team's main website and links within social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.

Lack of privacy in top floor bathroom, no lock nor window blind. You need to be fairly fit to climb the multiple flights of stairs to the apartment.
1. The apartment was not serviced throughout the time we were there. At least one service in two days is a must.
Information as regards the stop by Airport Bus in front of Osborne
Terrace could have been given. A waste of precious time and taxi money
going first to Waverley Station, then Rutland Rd. Address reflected on
my letsbookhotel.com form as 'Accommodation Details'.
Info on 'What To Do' not professionally presented and no list of TV channel guide.

The way letsbookhotel.com portray location on the website is highly misleading. You list the company offices (with map) at top of the page and only mention the varying location of the apartment in the smaller print. I spoke with city escapes who firmly place the blame in your hands and claim to have repeatedly asked you to redesign the way you represent their information. I'm disappointed as I thought you were one of the better sites out there.
