The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was excellent value for money, especially f you can get a room for 39.95 but not sure how you qualify for this.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was brilliant. Much better than some of these supposed better class hotels.
The staff were excellent, friendly,I could not fault them at all.when the Lodge is refurbished it will be top notch!.
Easy access - good parking. 3 miles from Dunstable - brilliant Indian
restaurant in town - The Sizzler.
Friendly staff. Comfy clean room. Clean bed. Adequate breakfast. All at a very good price.
Does what it says, a clean friendly bed for the night, nothing too much trouble to the staff.
location for our needs. Staff (Alison) was great and very friendly and helpful.
Excellent Service, very helpful staff, helped out with every query.
Friendly staff, very low price, very convenient en route to London.
Fantastic polite helpful staff. Clean rooms, good location.
The best hotel so far
Staff was excellent.
Early check in and staff attitude
V quiet.
The price. The staff were very obliging.
Friendly staff, included breakfast.
Very good value for money.
good value for money.
The room was large enough, had DB for Single bed, room and en-suite clean. Good parking and WiFi in the room. It suited me as a place to sleep whilst visiting nearby friends. I think the Rx lady was the only staff on and had other things to do, which may explain her lack of assistance.
Convenient for our purposes and good price. Free Wifi and breakfast.
Very comfy big bed.
Breakfast included in price.
Hotel Good, friendly staff, nice room.
the room was a good size.
The size of the rooms are good.
nothing negative to say ,the only thing i do think is the bathroom would need a lil updating .
The telephone no listed on letsbookhotel.com turned out to be for head office, not for address of hotel, staffed by poor english speaking person.
Bathroom could do with decorating as rather tired.
I may be wrong but I thought it said, in the information, that you had a cosy bar.
Nothing.
No complaints - all good.
No T.V. remote. Bed a bit to soft.
A bit tired round the edges.
Rooms could just do with a bit on modernising.
There was nothing that I disliked especially bearing in mind the low price.
Could have done with some more milk in the rooms for making tea/coffee etc, as after breakfast nowhere else to get drink from.
Bathroom in need of a make-over....dripping tap, shabby bath, heated towel rail not working.
very smoky bedroom - room 11 - really smelt bad - strong cigar smoke, especially awful since I am a non smoker. I regret not complaining and asking for another room.
Bit noisy from road traffic.
breakfast facilities limited.
Rx lady only interested in getting credit card done on arrival. No other info on the property or local tours, etc. Did not know anything about the WiFi. I didn't have b'fst but eating is in very small as part of reception and continental supplies looked meagre. Located out of city area. Not suited to holidaying tourists.
Pair of used/dirty knickers left in the room. Bed too soft. Staff
tried to charge a different rate than we had booked for on the internet.
Remote needed battery s. minor problem!.
the room was freezing the radiator hadn't been switched on, even though our room was pre booked the week before. the quilt was very thin. had to ask for another quilt or blanket the kind lady on reception did kindly find me another quilt. The room also smelt like a smoker had been there. not nice. The road noise was awful and I was still awake at 3am.
The bed was very uncomfortable.
This would stop me from staying there again.
The breakfast was very basic.
Breakfast was very poor.
