Other than that room was fine. TV and digi-box worked after I reprogrammed it, bed was comfortable. No Remote control in room at first - long walk to room - no wifi as suggested. They advertise for hen parties and stag parties, have a 24 hour bar, but not happy if you make a noise... not really sure what they expect!. Quality of service at breakfast on the first day.Single room was minute. Hardly roomt unpack suitecase. our room was directly above the bar which had a private party going on and we had to move rooms at 11.30 pm as we could not sleep at all. The rooms we were given were not of a standard that we would expect from a three star hotel. We would be reluctant to revisit unless the bedrooms were brought up to modern standards. Good room decor, bathroom terrible with a dribbly shower and variable temperatures. Almost every floorboard creaked and not one single door didn't clang shut. Wireless Internet was a bad connection. there are some rooms you can't connect to Internet. can be noisy, sometimes utilities dont work properly, not many choices with channels on tv. Confusion over reservation. Rooms needed refurbishment. the doors to the rooms are not very heavy therefore you can hear every little sound coming from outside, don't expect a good nights sleep. The food was very poor. We were a party of 17 and ordered food at 6pm it was served at 7.30 and all had to be returned.

Please note that parking is subject to availability, and allocated on a first come, first served basis. There is no way to accommodate to add an extra bed in the single room or quad room. All group bookings (3 or more guests) must sign an additional agreement with the hotel at check-in, where your credit/debit card will be pre-authorised. A deposit is required from all groups at the time of arrival. This can be paid by pre-authorisation of a credit card produced on arrival. Should the deposit, or part of the deposit be charged permanently due to any damage/unreasonable behaviour during the stay, an invoice will be posted to the guest's address within 5 working days of check-out. Deposits are required from all groups: 3 to 4 guests GBP 100, 5 to 8 guests GBP 150, 9 or more guests GBP 250. Deposits can be paid by pre-authorisation of credit card or cash deposit (in both cases payable on arrival). The hotel is a popular function/party/wedding venue, so there may be some noise disruption from the function rooms up until 00:30 at weekends. Pets are allowed. By Car (from the A338):
- Travelling west along the A338 towards Bournemouth:
- Turn left at the St Paul's roundabout (you should be able to see an Asda store on the left-hand side).
- At the next roundabout (Bournemouth station roundabout), proceed straight across, making sure you are in the left-hand lane, marked Ring Road.
- At the next roundabout (St Swithin's), follow the road along. This will bring you into Gervis Road.
- At the next roundabout (Meyrick Road), carry on straight across and the Quality Hotel is the second hotel on the left.
