The owners were friendly and helpful, decor well done, very clean, and facilities in bedrooms excellent and well thought out. Breakfast offered a great choice and was well presented and tasty. Well positioned to access what we needed in Blackpool and yards away from the promenade and tram service. We will stay again. it was a real pleasure we were made very welcome and the breakfast was excellent. Credit is due to the current owners with their refurbishments this was our second stay and we will be back!!!. The propriortors are very helpful and make you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door. Would highly recommend this guest house to anyone. I will definately stay there again. We liked everything. Chris and Triska recommended somewhere to eat and even booked it for us. What lovely people - home from home. Perfect. Very friendly and helpful, very clean, and good location. Willdefinately return to this hotel if we stop in Blackpool again.excellent choice of breakfast, sea views, warm welcome, very nice people would definately recommend. the hotel was fantastic , we also got upgraded aswel wen we arrived. To be fair to the hosts I hadasked for a sea view room and it was the only one left with thatfacility at that time. narrow staircase. The hotel was quite away from night life and the city centre. but easier enought to get transport.lack of parking, rooms quite small, steep staircase and no lift.
