Everything. The Redstone was an absolute delight to stay in and the attention to detail was first rate. Ursula was the friendliest and most helpful owner you will ever come across and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were immaculate and pure luxury. Location was also great, 30 seconds from the promenade and half way between the pleasure beach and tower. The breakfast was top notch and complimentary tea and homemade cake in the afternoon was a lovely touch. We will definitely be going bac.

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice on offer.The restaurant which was recommended at our request and where a table was booked for us at short notice on a busy Saturday teatime fitted the bill exactly. The breakfast was amazing. The facilities were beautiful. Service was excellent. All round not what we have come to expect from Blackpool. Surpassed the more expensive larger hotels that we normally stay in. Food was superb.Will definitely be back!!! And we have already recommended it to friends and family. They were at a larger 5 star and very jealous!. It was flawless. The bar in the basement was great, nicest bar we went in all night! Even though the hotel was full, it was quiet in the rooms, and the facilities we're second to none. The breakfast was very good, great choice and plenty of it. The staff we're great, very polite, and attentive. All in all its a great place to stay. Ursula and her family are super hosts and made us feel really welcome. We arrived for check in a little early and Jasmine even made us some tea! We were really made to feel at home and they even have a bar so we had the pleasure of being served G&T's before we went out on our dancing event! We will definitely be back!. Everything about our visit to the Redstone guesthouse was first class . The staff were very friendly and the accomodation was just as described in the details . The food at breakfast was excellent . I would certainly return if we were to visit Blackpool again . location was good right in the middle of Blackpool tower & the Pleasure beach, rooms very clean & tidy,everything you needed in you room & Breakfast was great, would stay again and recommend to friends & family. The room was gorgeous and had hairdryer/straighteners/wet room with a fantastic shower... fantastic bed which was really comfy and really clean and spacious :). The Staff where very friendly and helpful during our stay and willing to help in regards of where to eat out. The hotel was immaculate and beautifully decorated and stood out from all other B&B's that where close by. It was very well looked Modern and bright our room was great and the extra specials like bath robes and slippers was a nice touch. Ursula also booked us into a lovely Chinese restaurant and organised taxi. After a long day walking, sinking into those luxury beds was the best nights sleep I had in ages. The breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice and those raspberries were the biggest I've ever seen, wow!. Host made us welcome with tea and cake on arrival, could not fault the accommadation and the breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this guesthouse if you want somewhere special. Upon arrival, the host made us fresh plunger coffee and gave us cake. the room is big enough and comfortable,nice design,new furniture and everything,the staff and owner are very friendly and there is a little nice lounge bar in the basement. everything is perfect, never stayed in guest house before, but it turned out to be amazing, turly appreciate the trip. definetely come back again for another stay!. However, it is in a convenient location for the football ground and the south beach. Would have likes the room to be slightly darker. Nothing. I don't believe the website photos do it justice. I was expecting it to be nice but was pleasantly surprised by how nice. nothing!!!. A little more attention to detail in the cleaning of wet room/ shower room especially into corners! And the shower nozzle, but seen worse in other guest houses!. only small thing is that our room was in top floor, so the wifi connection wasn't that good. (but it really did not matter.). Nightlife in Blackpool itself - particularly on the weekend - was a bit too wild-west for me. nothing. THard to find anything,I will be staying again,,. Nothing. nothing to dislike. No issues. Lack of wifi in grand room a major minus point. Nothing. Our room was a bit small, but I am just being picky now!. Staff smoking just outside the main entrance. Extremely crowded streets, litter, Quite dirty in places, noisy, no shows on bank holiday. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. nothing!!. Nothing.
