every member of staff delivered first class customer service and could not have been more helpful. The entertainment at night was super the guy who had been on britains got talent was hilarious and we will most certainly be returning to the norbreck castle again.The food was also fantastic. I have stayed at this hotel for the past two years and have found allstaff to be very well trained in customer care and service.i have sentan email direct to the hotels managing director informing him of mystay,and I will be using this hotel again..............its the best yet.
all reviews » the bar and hotel staff where very nice, the room was clean and tidy, the bar copper face jacks was very cheap. would recomend to anyone looking for a friendly hotel with lots of facilities. the cinema was open for younger kids from 10am - 8pm so something for everyone. we liked that every thing u needed was at the hotel,e.g swimming pool,sauna,etc an cinema was brill for the kids an the arcades an the entertainment at nite for us all we really enjoyed our stay so much we would go again anytime,staff were lovely.We very much enjoyed our stay at the Norbreck Castle, the staff were friendly and helpful, the meals were good especially as the restaurant was so busy. The facilities were excellent for old and young alike. We will be returning later this year. Everything about the Hotel was excellent from the Reception Staff to the food. Evening entertainment was enjoyable considering the age ranges to cater for. Transport into the attractions was very frequent with a low cost day ticket available.Everything. But I must say the main reason for returning to the Norbreck Castle is the quality of the meals... certain other sea front hotels in Blackpool have fallen way too short of expectation in the food department. Ive never had my room cleaned as thouroughly as it was, the service was excellent, the food was 100%, the hotel is second to none. Really impressed all round.The friendliness of the staff......my Hen party even received a free bottle of champagne from the hotel bar. The leisure facilities were brilliant too. the hotel is always clean tidy and even though it is a large hotel the staff are still very friendly. i would not hesitate to recomend it to anyone. The Friendly staff, clean and safe surroundings, nice breakfast, comfortable room, good leisure facilities (health club , cinema , entertainment). The Staff were very helpful and friendly . The room was well kept and clean . Meal times were busy but easy to navigate . Great value food .The swimming pool was wonderful for the children, and the food was excellent. Only other issue was the corridor on the single rooms room 50's it smelt of damp/ cigars which was not very pleasant.just a little comment really ,the main pool was a little cool cud do to be little warmer the baby pool was freezing so couldnt take my baby in it that definatly needs sorting, i do hope next time we come back these are better then i would plan to stay at the hotel on a regular basis. The price of a pint of bitter has risen 40p in half a year, and it would be nice to see more than just John Smiths... how about adding a Boddingtons pump, Norbreck?. dinners were ok but let the side down, we accept we would not get much choice for the amount we paid, bit more imaginantion please. Only a good experience and will return at some stage .Only have 1 bitter on the bar... perhaps a second would improve choice in this department! Also adding 40p to a pint in 6 months seems to be alittle above the rate of inflation. You could save a lot of money by cutting down on the heating. We were very hot at night.Only 1 lift, our room this time was too far away from the lift,we hadbaby and pram and had to walk quite away and stairs to get to room . too hot in rooms due to no air conditioning. My fault, I did not read brochure , was missed a swim.

The Conservatory Bar and Coffee Shop are open daily, offering hot and cold drinks, light bites and a warm, friendly welcome for guests of all ages.

Castles Restaurant is the hotel’s popular main restaurant. Any meals included in your room rate are taken in this restaurant, where full English and continental breakfasts are served buffet-style. For evening meals, you can either choose from the set menu or select the carvery option. The restaurant also incorporates the relaxed conservatory bar.

The fully air conditioned Boston Restaurant was recently refurbished and now offers reasonably priced cuisine. Guests with any meals included in their room rate can upgrade to the Boston Restaurant at an additional cost.

There is a live entertainment show staged every evening at the hotel. During the school holidays, there is also a children's entertainment programme, along with an amusement arcade and 36-seater cinema that remain open all year round.

The leisure club is open every day, from 07:00 until 22:00. Please note that children are not permitted to use the leisure club before 08:00, after 18.00, or between 12:00 and 14:00.
