Breakfast buffet was good although self-serve toast machine was a pain. Car parking was available and we were able to leave the car there after checkout. Attached Indian restaurant was excellent. Single rooms were reasonable size, clean and nicely decorated and bathroom was spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. everything about our stay at the hotel was perfect. the staff was brilliant, couldnt do enough for us! My wife and i had a great panaramic view of the irish sea!!.

A handrail on the side of the bath would help reuce the chance of accidents. The telivision was not workin and was not fixed for th 6 days we were there. The bed was not very comfortable. The background music in the bar. It drove us out one night!. Rooms were on the small side. A bit of confusion on arrival over payment as we did not book directly with the hotel and used a hotel search engine to book. However staff were more than happy to help us resolve the problem politely and efficiently. Also maybe a bit more milk in the room for coffees.One of the barmen was a bit monosyllabic. Toast machine in the breakfast room caught fire. On my second night there, two guests in the adjacent room had a marital tiff at 4 in the morning that lasted 2 hours and spilled into the corridor. Loud explicit swearing and doors slamming was not conducive to sleep. Both were smoking and my room began to fill with smoke. Rooms are too warm, even in winter without the heating on! Just open a window....and hear the sea!. Your double room space in Blackpool is smaller than Best Western Hotels in Ireland eg Rochestown Lodge Dun Laoghaire Co.Dublin.This is not a complaint. Sound proofing between rooms a little limited particularly for use of tv. Looked a bit grim from the outside. Room was too hot without the radiator on and needed window open at all times !!. The colour scheme!!!. the rooms and coridors were very hot, but you are able to turn the room radiators down. Rooms slightly on the small side. Check-out time was a bit too early for my taste.need more milk in the room. the heat,but just turn off radiator.limited time for room service.
