The accommodation was immaculate, good location very central, was a little noisy due to being in center of town. No car parking but car park only about 5 mins walk away cost £12 per day to park. Welcome pack on arrival containing - milk, juice, cereal, croissants. Miniature Molton Brown toiletries provided in bathroom, lovely thick white fluffy towels. Could not fault this accommdation. it is in the center of town, easy to navigate through and around town. The staff was so excellent even in the event of an emergency at a local construction site the staff went above and beyond to help. nothing bad to say at all about our stay.

The basket of food supplies was especially useful and a lovely surprise. Provided with a huge apartment that was very well appointed. Staff were very helpful overall proved to be excellent value for money . We liked the apartment very much - everything we needed plus CD player, DVD, satellite TV - very much a home from home. The appartment was like a home from home, will definately look to stay in these apartments again over a hotel.Beautiful apartment perfectly situated in centre of Bath, excellent value for money. That little extra touch really made a difference to us.Very comfortable bed and pillows. the apartment was well kept. Street noise. Very warm in the night. Nil. The car park was around the corner and not very clear if you could stay overnight, after trying to find another car park (and failing) we went back to reception with our concerns and were told that it is fine to park there and it was a common query. It would have been nice to have this information available when they first informed us of where to park. The lack of parking. Lack of parking. the noise from the pub opposite. we were kept awake until 2am. is double glazing the windows an option? i has read other reviews about the noise but had no idea it would be as bad as it was.TV reception was variable in quality. teapot to small for a 2 person flat. no ice or trays to make ice. poor water pressure in shower. TV picture breaking up, 2 nights it was unwatchable. Central Bath can be niosy at night. We visited in the summer so needed the windows open. Should not be an issue with windows closed.I paid £10 a night more than if I had booked directly through the hotel, and felt a bit cheated by this. The staff were very friendly and gelpful...but:when we asked for help in the room they suggested we try things ourselves rather than just coming and helping us out. The first problem was with the heater and we were asked to 'tinker with it' then call back. The second problem was we lost hot water and were first told to check the fuse box then told to flick a switch on the boiler.unacceptable. Room safe inoperable, poor digital tv reception. Mentioned both toreception nothing happened. only smalla things, no box of tissues in the bathroom, internal doors fitted with hinges that automatically close the doors, so to move around the apartment you are for ever opening doors. Poor TV reception. Smoking was not available.The television signal was poor and occasionally this was lost and there was no service at all. the room smelt of food from previous occupants despite opening windows and deodorising sprays from reception, the towels had to be replaced as they did not look like they had been changed from the previous occupants, the key card did not work on main door to reception area. I would add that perhaps supplying a blanket in the room, and the water ( hot ) was very slow to warm up. It took at least 2 hours instead of the hour it stated. The hotel had not been notified of our booking although we had the confirmation letter. No one met us at our room to show us round even though the receptionist told us this would happen. The heaters never came on even though they were turned on at the wall so the apartment was quite cool.no parking. When I was having shower, suddenly no hot water was in my room.

On-site parking is limited, however Southgate car park is less than a 5-minute walk away and charges GBP 13 per day. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
