  facilities, staff and food was excellent. Good position to explore Glasgow or staging post for a visit to the highlands. Will be returning - Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. I left my iphone charger behind and they happily posted it to me. Good service all round.

  The staff was attentive and caring. We needed to have laundry done and they did not have facilities for us to use so the cleaning staff did the laundry for us. My husband lost is wallet and they helped to coordinate with the police our getting it back. We felt very much at home there and commend them on their hospitality. It has a very European, "boutiquehotel" feel to it. The breakfast provided was delicious. We had twodinners there as well that were a great value. The room was very cleanand comfortable if a tad small.
