I am a disabled individual and when I arrived here were cars parked in disabled spaces and none of them had a blue badge, the staff were excellent considerate and very helpful. They arranged for the cars to be moved and whilst I was waiting I was given a coffee. They got me the parking bay. The next night the same happened the staff had put cones in my parking bay, they immediately resolved this. They went the extra mile for me and reserved a bay for me which was closed off with cones with my r.

Had to come down again to reception and wait for double room. No delay. Ofcourse I would recommend Aberdeen to other travellers. No reason not to. There was a problem with hot water and staff were so freindly sorting it out gave us a diffrent room only paid for 1 night instead of 2and gave us compleimentry breakfast would definetly stay here again as room was comfortable had a good night sleep after being at hospital and most of all it was so quiet. Everything was as we expected, that's why we book with yourselves Everything is very clean,comfortable and well organised and the staff were particularly pleasant and helpful we would definitely stay again if we are in the area. It was perfect for location, great value for money, option to have a breakfast, the staff were always there to help, it was close to all shops, Pubs, Restaurants, it was a lovely quiet and peaceful place, I had a comfortable sleep too. we loved the staff, starting with the manager, Ms. Maureen passing by Ms. Shelly in the front desk, Mr. Bill from security / maintanance and Mr. Charlie during our breakfast times along the 7 days/nights we stayed at the hotel... Great location just off the bottom of Union Street. Plenty restaurants around if you don't want to eat in hotel. Spacious room with comfortable beds and nice bathroom with lots of hot water. This was a very nice hotel which I'd never considered before. Would certainly stay again. Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and tidy. Sorry I cannot think of anything. unfortunately the hotel has not air conditioning and during the days we stayed in Aberdeen the weather was really warm...good for one side but when you're in the room is not confortable... You used to get free parking but it now costs £10 per day which is a bit steep. Room was a bit cold the first night until we got the hang of the air con/heating system. Car park a bit small, we managed but if you were late you may not have got a space. Quite hot in the room but they did give us a fan. Nothing..... Paying for internet. Nothing. A number of rooms on each floor are completely uninhabitable because the kitchen fan duct runs up their wall. This is well known to the staff, but the rooms continue to be assigned. This was the second time I was given one of these-on a previous occasion I had to sleep in the duty manager's room. Whilst the staff are apologetic and sorted it quickly this time, it shows a serious contempt for their customers by Premier Inn management. The parking situation was not good. Guests being lazy with their parking taking up two spots. Hard for the hotel to control but it needs to be looked at. The room was so hot. The control panel said 23.5 degrees. I was told the heating wasn't on. I find that hard to believe. We slept with the window open to cool the room down. An electric fan was provided but who want cold air blown in autumn. Just one comment about the wifi. You have only half an hour daily free internet which is too short. I recommend open free wifi or at least increase the time of browsing. wifi access for only one device at a time was not easy for the four of us. Also, the position of the tv made it a challenge for the four of us to watch. nothing at all. lack of provision of toilet soap, shampoo, shower cap and lotion. the liquid soap provided is messy and too oily that requires extra minutes of water wasting to completely cleanse from the skin. In short, you waste water unnecessarily. Room was cold, children's bed was uncomfortable, soap dispenser didn't work but I guess for the discount we got it was all right (£44 for quad room). Mix-up over parking (parking company's fault I think)...which was resloved without fuss by the hotel. Tv was rather for the distance from the bed. Computer did not work in lobby. There is a charge for using computer in lobby. It is a lot of trouble to carry a computer everywhere, and when you only need one for a few minutes, it is irritating when one is not available. There is no shuttle bus from airport. Not a great distance, but not being familiar with the bus service, I took a taxi. Rather expensive. nothing atal. Vending machines at reception, were well stocked, however, on the night we stayed, were out of order, drinks and snacks were available from the bar but at typical hotel prices. as for the standard of the hotel and money you pay, eveything was excellent. Lobby area and corridors on the different floors were a bit shabby-looking, the carpet for example was held together with duct tape on the 1st floor. Car park meter didn't work with card and didn't take notes. No major problem but 10mins wasted. Nothing was disliked. booking was not known to reception nor in the system ! Did letsbookhotel.com pass it on ?? Hotel staff solved the problem straight away. retune tv when arriving. Nothing. We had a car and the parking lot is now owned by another company--the reason I had booked this hotel was because it did include parking---this I found to be a bit stressful. Also, you need to make guests aware of "student Tuesdays" as it was very noisy and we could not sleep, in fact we had to go to the front desk to complain---this is something that I would tell others wanting to stay there. No complaints. PARKING :(, reduced spaces especially in the week-end. I had a room close to the entrance door and was quite noisy. Otherwise all was OK. I have no comments. Everthing was perfect. Carpark was extremelt full and I got the last spot. Traffic noise.
