1. Really friendly, polite and helpful owner Mr.Nazim and his family runs this beautiful cave hotel 2. Real cave rooms are tastefully decorated with period-style furniture and comfortable beds, one of the caves rooms even comes with a balcony and a lounge 3. The cave rooms of this wonderful family-run hotel are very clean, much better than those available in Goreme 4. The stone-arched rooms are very nice too, bright and sunny Excellent location of the hotel: just 2 steps away from Urgup town .

I didn't like that pieces of the mortar crumble and fall onto the bed and nightstand. It's annoying. I didn't realize that they don't accept credit cards. Payment must be in cash. nothing. nothing to complain. nothing. nothing. the cave rooms are cold, little pieces of stone are always crumbling on the bed.
