I was a bit worried before going to supreme due to some reviews, but when i got there it was all OK, The staff is polite, kind, and very helpful. The food is ok, and the rooms are clean. If you are not of the type who goes to cities like Marmaris to stay in the hotel, Supreme is more than enough for you. Good Value for the money. What can we say, staying at Supreme Hotel was the highlight of our 1 year world trip so far. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant served delicious food and staff our now a part of our family! We cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at Supreme, please don't look any further you will not be disappointed!!!.
all reviews » First, a special thanks to Ali for the great service. The Supreme is an excellent hotel, with fantastic staff and facilities. Tucked away from the main drag in Marmaris allows some quiet to recover with the option of getting back into the hussle with a mere 10min walk. The staff was very helpful and always in a good mood. The rooms were big, comfy and clean. The pool area was nice and very clean as well. The breakfast buffé was great with a mix of hot and "cold" food and a lot to choose from :). very nice hotel with large rooms. We booked a double room and got a small suite. The pool looked really nice even it was too cold to swim due to weather. Recommended !. The rooms were surprisingly clean and comfortable. The hotel was central and the included daily breakfast was adequately satisfying. Not far from the beach in Marmaris (a few blocks); breakfast was included in our plan; bartenders helpful and friendly. location was good and its really value for money. reachable to all prominent areas easily. close to beach as well. staff are friendly and helpful (especially Uner and Cayda) , location (10 mins to main street), cleanliness. Rooms was very modern and clean. Staff was helpful. Only a 10min walk to beach. Rooms cleaned everyday. Very nice staff, comfortible rooms,good dinner. It was only a 15tl cab ride to bar street, which is on the opposite side of town. It is walkable if you want... The staff seemed relatively inexperienced but tried really hard to please. That was appreciated. The.ocationmis quite good! . Only the cleanliness of the hotel rooms. Poca cosa. The Aircondition was not included in the price and was quite expensive for a week. Unfortunately we didn't have Wifi in our room because we stayed on the third floor so had to sit in the hallway or the lobby to get access to it. The room was almost too automatic. You couldn't leave the room without turning the air conditioner on and would have to return to a scorching room. Also I was shocked when the hotel staff told me I could bring my half drunken water bottle into the hotel and had to purchase it from the hotel. Extra charge just to turn on the fan? Really?. nothing. needs a wider variety of breakfast. You have to pay extra for A/C (EUR6/night) and for safe deposit box in the room (EUR2/night) so these numbers have to be added to the hotel price (however it is possible to live without both things). No elevators, had to walk 3 levels and I have problems with stairs. needs more of a breakfast variety. internet a bit slow . . We stayed in the rear building with no elevator and the internet only worked on the balcony. If you can request the front building it seems to be better equipped. The manager seemed to not care less about his clients' problems. There was no hot water available for showers and it took much effort on our behalf to sort out the problem. We been there for 2 nights as a family with 3 older kids The reception staff were very unhelpful and rude . A long list of not to do things was waiting the guest Very strange, when they ask for money for AC and safe box in the rooms , although it is not mentioned in the reservation contract. The hotel and the neighbors was not suitable for families. Rooms need renovation. They look cleaner than they are. Very poor internet connection, I was unable to use it. Non-educated staff attitude was very bad. Recepcionist invited us to "go outside" to fight because we were arguing there was a discrepancy in what we booked and what they wanted to charge us. They did not five us extra towels on second day as they "needed to think about guvig them to us". No proper sheets in beds. Very very very bad.
