Recently refurbished hotel, looks very nice nice, lobby impressive, our room was clean and modern, very good bathroom. Location good for sightseeing and not far from the town centre(10min by bus).Food was ok for a 4 star hotel.. Staff very friendly and helpful, the animation team were fun :-). Great pools which overlook the beach, so nice and relaxing. A wonderful, sandy beach, excellent for swimming. Food was OK. Our room was clean and modern, like the whole hotel.

I liked the place and food. no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. could increase the food variety. A bit overpriced. Wifi only in the lobby. No slippers or bathrobes in our room (could except something like that at that price). Food variety could be better. some of the staff obviously hate there jobs. (not all staff though) no iron available from reception for clothes not my view of 4* luxury without this service. Food varity needs to be upgraded, staff for food court area needs to be increased. One last thing the security on the hotel entrance prevent my taxi driver from calling me and that let me wait inside 45 minutes without informing me. The staff/recepcionists are not helpful or friendly The food is not so good, it's tasteless and almost the same every day. A litte far from city center, but easy to go to Kusadasi with the dolmus that are passing often in front of the hotel. Finally maybe beter to go to this hotel for the people who like the beach cause the beach in the city center are really near the road and not large. internet was not always working. Access to Wi-Fi was problematic. No map in brochure, no written material of events, meals. Would prefer exclusive dining. staff never smile .they must bring profesional staff. The Stuff need to learn English to be able to help non Turky customers. Not enough bars open in evening. No free wifi.
